He was here about an hour and they look and smell wonderful.

Did excellent job, for a fair price. Cleaned front room and stairs. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

It was fast after he finally got here, I was very busy and on a tight schedule. I had worked at a fevered pace moving furniture and getting ready , as my husband wasn't able to help the night before . He wound up calling me to let me know he would be a bit late, which was nice but he didn't call until he was already ten minutes late !

Mr. Amburgey arrived a few minutes early to clean the carpets in a house we were purchasing. The carpets looked a whole lot better than we thought they could. We moved in 2 days after the carpet cleaning and noticed a horrible pet urine smell that wasn't there before. I promptly called Mr. Amburgey who explained the pet enzyme takes a few days to and quot;eat awayand quot; the enzymes and get rid of the smell. He said if it was still there in 2 days to call back and he would retreat the carpets with the enzyme at no-charge. He was right, after 2-3 more days the smell was completely gone. We had called several companies and his price was the same if not better than other places plus they didn't charge mileage to service Graham.We will definitely be using them in the future since we typically professionally clean our carpets once a year.

We have used him before. He is personable. He reminded me of me and the company I used to work for. We got along well and he did a great job.

Excellent experience. Mark arrived on time. Cleaned all areas requested. All spots were successfully removed. Mark moved most furniture. High traffic areas were revitalized. Overall, a very positive experience.

Went very well and I am pleased with the work. Only small issue I had (why I gave them a B) is that he ran his hoses against my baseboard molding and scraped the paint off the corners.

The experience was really good. They were able to squeeze us in to their schedule on short notice to coordinate with a move, and they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Mark returned my call promptly and we were able to schedule for the following week. He came over on a Saturday, which worked great for our schedule. We have two and a half flights of stairs which I thought might make the whole process take longer. However Mark was done within 2.5 hours. The carpets looked great!!

WE USE THESE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE CLEANING REALLY LASTS. DIRT SPOTS DON'T POP UP FAST. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE DONE VERY QUICKLY.
