It appeared to have been cleaned when I got home, but I had a funny feeling about it. I took my own at-home steam cleaner and went over the carpet that had JUST been cleaned. The water came out black. When talking to a friend about my situation, she said that he had cleaned her carpets and they HARDLY looked clean when Vinney was done. She also went over her carpets that had just been cleaned and the water was dirty. He also did NOT move any furniturel. I am very uphappy considering the amount I spent on two rooms.
