I do most of my own work, I currently have not employees but have qualified help when needed. I only use reputable sub-contracters, and usually bill upon completion unless job requires payments as progress is made.

I keep my pricing below the local market level and do not add any markup to the costs of materials, you pay what I pay for them. I believe in focusing on communication between me and my clients to ensure that they end with the product they want.
