replacement windows
+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the solution as it saved me money and accomplished what I was looking for.
Description of Work: I had single pane windows at my house. Instead of taking out the entire aluminum frame and replacing them with new windows, Bergstrom Glass broke out the existing windows and replaced them with double pane inserts that they caulked and tape sealed. I was able to save the mid century modern aluminum frames and save a lot of money. You would never know that they were orginally single pane windows.

Description of Work: Replaced mirrored closet doors. Professional, excellent service with perfect results. Job was also delivered when promised. Doors were picked up and delivered to my home, then put back in place. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreI moved into my new house right after the window work was performed by this company. The previous owners had ordered it. I noticed right away the poor quality of the work on two of the windows, they were drafting heavily and it was pretty obvious as it was during the winter. The third window had a two inch scratch on it. I contacted the owner (Paul I believe) thinking that he'd have a warranty on the window. He first said that he was going to look into it. I then tried to reach him several times, he wasn't returning my calls. When I finally managed to speak to him, he told me point blank that I had not ordered the job myself and therefore I had no recourse. My wife also called him and he put the phone down on her. I highly advise you not to order any work from this individual, the way he handled this situation proved that he has no job ethics whatsoever. Not to mention the poor quality of his work.
Description of Work: The owner replaced three windows and some wood casing.

+ 0 moreExcellent! Called and was able to talk to Paul himself, he came out the that afternoon, took the initial measurements, made suggestions on the edging and height of the mirror. At that time he gave me a price. He was able to let me know that it would be about 1 week before he could come out and install. He was prompt at calling me back in exactly one week. The day and time were scheduled and the installation crew arrived on time. The crew was professional, courteous, and clean. And the mirror looks great!!!
Description of Work: Installation of a new bathroom mirror, accommodating a light fixture, which Bergstrom also installed.
