Description of Work: Mark has come to see us twice so far. The first time was an emergency call for a frozen/broken bathroom water pipe. He did a good job of closing it off and making sure there was no further leakage (in a bathroom that is under reno's and not in use). He came a couple weeks later to install our dish washer and to remove the old one. Again, he did an excellent job. We plan on using Mark again when we do the bathroom reno at another time. The cost I listed was for both jobs.
