We picked a WINNER with WIN Home Inspection - Olympia. Pete Sutch is a pro! He was on time, personable, professional, and very thorough with the home inspection. He had no qualms about us shadowing him. In-fact, he welcomed us to ask questions along the way, and served as a teacher throughout the process. It helped us immensely in and quot;getting to knowand quot; the house we are purchasing. The inspection report was detailed, well organized, and arrived via email within hours on the same day of inspection. It is clear customer satisfaction is a high priority for Pete. I highly recommend Pete Sutch as your next home inspector.

GREAT!!
Description of Work: I recieved an email on Sunday evening after sending my info on Sunday afternoon. I also recieved a phone call Monday morning and had the inspection scheduled on Tuesday. Very prompt and courteous. Pete was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He went into great detail while inspecting the home and provided helpful advice for maintaining a home. I would definately recommend WIN Olympia and Pete Sutch to anyone needing a home inspection. I recieved a well written and detailed report o few hours after the inspection was complete. With detailed descriptions and color photos.
