I will always call White Knight when I have a plumbing problem because they've proved themselves to be honest and do good work on time, and always are more than reasonable with their charges. I've hired White Knight in the past and was very satisfied with the plumbers' work and the price. My new Bosch dishwasher, after working fine 4 or 5 times, suddenly wouldn't drain. I tried a number of things myself, including verifying that the pump itself wasn't clogged and the air gap was clean. I called White Knight. The plumber arrived on time, disconnected the water lines from the dishwasher, checked the air gap, etc., and couldn't find any blockages. He connected all the lines and we ran a quick rinse as a test, and the dishwasher drained fine! He didn't charge me anything for his time because he said he didn't find or fix a plumbing problem. He said if it happened again I should call Bosch. With that kind of service, they will have me as a customer for life.

Everything came together perfectly. They showed up promptly on schedule, went down into my crawl space and installed the gas piping, ran the piping to the outside wall, and installed the gas **** where I wanted it. I connected the barbecue to it and it worked great.

On 12/26/2017 White Knight plumbing provided services at my residence. I wrote a review at that time. In March 2018 I received an unsolicited apology and full refund. I wish to thank this company. I believe it is an act of integrity. I would call this company again if needed.

Office staff , responsiveness excellent. Quick assessment of issue and response by plumber. On arrival assessment was inadequate. Quickly used auger to clean toilet. This did not solve problem. The plumber stated there was debris in water flush tubing from being an old toilet. The toilet in 7 years old? I was then informed I needed a new toilet. Charged $ 185.18. I inspected the toilet after they left and the debris toilet paper and poop probably caused by our plunging. I then got a semi rigid tube and cleaned tube myself. This solved the problem. An expensive plumbing lesson.

I made the call and on the day of my appointment I had something to come up and wasn't able to be at home at the appointed time, so instead of rescheduling, I was asked if I could wait since a customer near me was getting serviced done and once finished, the guys could swing by and take care of my problem. I said yes. They showed up and the only thing that I didn't care too much for was they didn't where protection on their footwear while walking through my home. It wasn't raining that day, so I didn't make too much of a fuss about it, but I think it would have been nice. I don't know if they didn't have any more left from the homes they went to, but it would have been nice to have. Other than that, all went well, they asked the right questions and let me know what was going on and followed up the next day.

Took a while to get here due to parts not in stock and then long time to receive ordered parts and come out to replace.

They're very good! It had leaked for a long time until it flowed into our carpet. We were finally able to track it down and they were out in a short amount of time. The price was very reasonable for what they did.

It didn't go because I didn't receive a return phone call from the company after leaving two voicemails. Maybe they aren't interested in small projects, but they should have the courtesy to return phone calls and inform their customers of that fact.

I built 4 single family homes in Tumwater WA. After interviewing a number of plumbers I choose White Knight Plumbing. The owner Chris, was personable and had a professional presentation. His bid was mid range compared to the other companies. The company has adequate and professional equipment. There was a failure of the water feed line to one of the upstairs bathroom faucets. This resulted in the loss of a large section of ceiling below and other related damages. Totaling nearly $6,000.00. 15 days later the same type of failure occurred in a second upstairs bathroom resulting in approximately $7,000.00 in damage. These failures occurred due to over tightening of the water line to the faucets. Recently one of the 12 TOTO brand (Toto is a high quality fixture) toilet tank cracked at the bolts, again due to overtightening. It is clear that WHITE KNIGHT PLUMBING is willing to hire installers with inadequate experience. I have been in this business in 4 different States over a period of 35 years. I have never experienced even one plumbing failure of significance in a newly constructed building. This company has and continues to cost me time, anxiety, and money well beyond the contracted price. At the time of the first failure and resulting damage I did not submit this review as I know such a review can do harm to ones in business. However, due to the number of serious failures I feel obligated to the community as a whole to do my part in warning others.

Arrived within one hour window and completed work as expected.

We called them because the tub/shower in the master bedroom was leaking, but we didn't know where the leak was. We also wanted a new toilet and new fixtures for two bathtub/showers and two bathroom sinks. Jay came out to give us an estimate. He said the leak was from the drain and he said we MIGHT be able to stop[ the leak by unscrewing the metal drain from the drain pipe and replacing it (I don't know proper terminology);. I said I could give that a try myself. He said I could go out and select fixtures at the place where White Knight gets stuff at lower cost, which I did. I bought the parts to try to fix the leak myself and installed them - - but it still leaked. Jay visited again, disassembled the drain, and discovered that the fiberglass of the tub had degraded, which was why I couldn't get it to seal correctly. He said we COULD hire a fiberglass repair person to try to fix it, but he couldn't predict whether or not that would work. I said we'd replace the tub shower. They picked up everything at their supplier and installed everything. They did an excellent job, were professional in every way, and completed the work on schedule. The original estimate was "about $3300" and the final bill was $2880, including parts and labor. I can't think of anything to complain or nit-pick about them or their work. I will call them again if I need plumbing work done in the future.

UPDATE: What an amazing company! After writing this review, the owner called me to get more information and apologize for the misunderstanding and miscommunications. He said he would send me a check in the mail for the amount I would have saved, $27. Today, I received not only the check but a $10 Starbucks gift card! Thank you so much! Everything was fine with the job up until the very end. The plumber showed up on time. It took a while to get the clog cleared as it was very stubborn. I had been working to clear it for 4 days. I was so grateful they could come out the day after I called. Plumber worked without saying a word and when he asked me for payment I asked if there was a discount for military or Angie's List members. He said "Yea. There's a 10% discount if you mention it to me before I write it up." Seriously?? My response was "You are going to make me pay an extra $27 dollars because I forgot to mention it to you?" He says "No. You wouldn't have only saved $24 dollars because we don't discount the tax." He refused to change the invoice and I paid to get him out of my house. I was pleased with the work but extremely irritated by the attitude.

Was on-time, professional, fast and efficient. Did not alarm me by suggesting other expensive plumbing repairs that I cannot afford right now. Very reasonable price.

Came out removed in one piece luckily and installed new.

First of all, these guys are very responsive and have wonderful customer service. I called them a couple months ago for a quick repair on a gas water heater in a rental house and their team went for a quick fix and didn't charge me a dime! Of course, since the water heater is now going on 30 years old they recommended a replacement, but they didn't charge anything for the quick trip. Needless to say, this is the type of service that will have their phone ringing when at length I decide to install a new water heater. On this one (another rental unit), I called late in the evening when I found out about the leak and, despite being after hours, the call was answered and we were able to put in a plan of action right then and there. The water heater was replaced by noon the next day. They are willing to work out communication with the tenants on appointment times, a huge plus for a landlord. There is a small price difference for gas versus electric water heater: I think their quote was $1299+tax for gas and $995+tax for electric.

Service was provided as requested, on time and professionally done. The 2 man crew were friendly and explained what needed to be done and worked to complete the job even though it was a bit more difficult than anticipated. Will use them again.

Chris was very honest and extremely helpful. He went over and above to make himself and his workers available. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends and will use them in the future.

Very well. They unclogged the toilet, then they worked with the replacement part that Kohler had supplied to us to get the toilet to flush effectively. Then they replaced the bathroom lavatory fixtures with some new ones we had purchased. We discussed some other work we need to have done in the house and plan to hire them to take care of it.

The owner chris care great deal about his business and took any customer dissatisfaction seriously. No one can make sure all his employee will perform at the level of the owner's requirement. So, when in doubt, call Chris, the owner if you have issue with the service.
