Superior Window and Gutter Cleaning

Keith called my attention to a problem with one of the downspouts. It was releasing rainwater too close to the foundation. I've been ill lately and hadn't been keeping a close eye on things like I should. I really appreciated his letting me know. He said he will put an extension on the downspout so the water will be carried away from the house. It didn't take them long to complete the work. They were well organized, efficient and very professional. They even carried several big pieces of copper sheeting from the backyard down to the basement for me. These gentlemen were just great!

Upon arrival for estimate, the service provider stated that he could not walk on my type of roof due to the type of construction under the metal roof. I understood this. So I asked that he just do what he could from his ladder. I supplied the paint and the steel wool for the task. Service provider arrived on the scheduled day and worked for 2 hrs. I paid my bill and he left. After he left I found some time to get up on the roof to inspect the gutter and roof maintenance done. I was dissapointed that the gutters still had pine needles around them and that all the pine needles from the upper roof gutters had landed on the lower roof and had not been blown off by service provider, as he stated he would do. He did do a good job of removing the rust spots on the tower roof and applying the spray paint. Next time I hire someone, I will make sure that they are experienced with metal roof maintenance and care. My mistake.
