+ -1 moreI had used their service last year and called with a request to come again this year. I was told that they would notify me of an appointment only one day before coming. I asked if I could have at least two to three days advance notice. The girl said she would make the request. That was four weeks ago and I have not heard back since. Guess they don't need my business.

When asked they informed us the service was included unless we declined it. This is an underhanded and unnecessary way to treat one's clients. Lost our business for shady tactics.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS ABOUT 25,000 SQUARE FEET, A LARGE AREA. ON THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, I WAS SURPRISED AT THE DEPTH OF THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE GRASS AND WEED AND DISEASE DILEMMA. I THOUGHT THEY REALLY KNEW THEIR STUFF.
