South Sound beat the pants off all other contractors estimates. At first we had some differences in expectations regarding punctuation but once those expectations were set the project took off quickly and without any hitches. Patrick at South Sound was a great guy to work with and I would recommend their services to anyone. They were well informed, hard working, didn't mind explaining the intricacies of the system to a novice and allowing me to poke around to see how it was done. The array has worked perfectly for over a year and is maxing out consistently even after other companies laughed at Patrick's initial assessment! I also just got confirmation that my complimentary cleaning is due! Great deal, great service. As far as my rating regarding professionalism, they have a younger crew that can get occasionally too comfortable in conversation topics. I am fairly conservative in my behavior though so to each their own. They are a great crew and they provided a great service and you might be crazy to have anyone else install your array with the money and time you will save having them handle the project. As an addition note: They have been highly active in fighting for the rights of solar owners and protecting their production / manufacturing incentives. They keep their current and past customers informed with helpful information regarding contacts in government and those that are trying to take away from current owners. We appreciate their efforts and we have seen actual success in the Washington legislature because of them! Call them first if you live in Olympia!

It went fine. They had a good reputation and they're local to me. I would reccomend them. They did a good job. It looked very neat and they cleaned up after themselves.
