South Puget Sound Home Inspections

The provider was punctual, getting back to us within a few hours of posting an inquiry on Angie's List. The inspection needed to occur within a few days and he was very accommodating of our time concern. He was punctual and did a good, comprehensive job. His report was delivered electronically, after we paid through his website. It was fast, clean and easy.

A good portion of the inspection was completed before I was told to arrive. When I did, we finished the inspection together, noted issues and went over his findings under the house and on the roof that had been completed before my arrival. The report was detailed and to this point in a decently large remodel, there have been very few surprises. Almost everything that was noted turned out to be in similar condition to the report.

We have an old house, built in 1929. We had new windows installed, a new furnace and electrical panel. After the jobs were finished, we called Mitch and had him do an overall inspection to make sure our insulation was good, checked for bugs, also checked the plumbing. Mitch didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing something. He took the time to explain those things I didn't understand. He was on time, polite, and very thorough. We recommend him highly to anyone needing their home/garage inspected for anything he has listed on his web page. The transaction was very easy - he even takes credit cards on the spot!
