They did an excellent job of getting my home ready for a walk through with my landlord. I got my entire deposit back!

I had to cancel this appointment due to a death in the family I asked for a refund of the 83.00 that I paid to this date haven't received my money. Is this normal for your clients? $83.00 is a lot for me to lose, I have called but no reply.

They were 2 hours late but did call and let me know. When the job was finished, (I felt they could have been more complete) they tried to have me pay an extra $40.00. I refused and they tried to bargin with me. I said no and paid the agreed upon price, later to find out my son had tipped them $20.00 beforehand. Will not recommend them to anyone!

Excellent. Sofia was prompt and clear in her communication with me. She arrived on time and was professional. The house looked fantastic when she and her assistant were done. I specifically requested cleaning of the inside of the garage door - and I was not disappointed. Sofia forgot to take before and after pics (they would have been good ones). I highly recommend Sofia.

Didn't call when unable to locate my home. I had to call company & then go meet them . A few Small Items were broken during cleaning ( accidents happen) BUT they never mentioned it. Asked them to concentrate on higher cleaning during their 3 hrs as I have a bad shoulder. Didn't happen. Expected tip - when none given- not even a good by. Good By to Them

GREAT. Sofia responded to my request immediately. She was on time, explained what she would be doing, and her plan. She let me know when she was close to being done. I felt completely comfortable with her and her staff in the house. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and did a great job.

Three ladies showed up barely spoke English. It was hard to communicate with them. They spent 4 hrs and only cleaned bathrooms (3 of them) from eye level up. The kitchen was done but not the inside of the oven. Living room was cleaned. None of my bedrooms were touched. My shower curtain in the master bath wasn't put back up correctly. I don't think it was worth the price paid.

Sofia's team showed up when they said they would and did a marvelous, thorough job. We will definitely be using her services again!

I've had housekeepers for over 30 years, so I have experience with what to expect when hiring a housekeeper or cleaning service. I was pleased that, this time I had Angie’s List to cut through the trial and error of finding someone; but if Sofia's Cleaning Express gets and "A" rating on Angie's list, I'd hate to see what a "C" rated company would look like. When I called for the appointment I explained that we had a regular housekeeper (every 2 weeks) who took wonderful care of us but that she was temporarily unavailable. I explained that, due to the regular and very thorough cleaning, there was no deep cleaning involved, just kitchen and baths, and then dust and vacuum the living/dining room, family room and one bedroom. My 1st clue that this might not be what I hoped for was when the two cleaners showed up without a vacuum. Less than two and a half hours and $175 later ($70/hr. - $35/person) they left for their next job. And while the house was cleaner than when they got here, the quality of the work was no more than average, and NO WAY worth $35/person/hour! I don't blame the people who showed up and did the cleaning, they were very nice and worked nonstop. But they don’t have time to really do quality work because they need to finish up and move to the next job. And you can bet the folks doing the actual cleaning aren’t making anything like $35/hr.! And don’t give me any BS about “company overhead”; they were not driving company vehicles, certainly didn’t even have a company vacuum, etc. So, unless you want to pay an exorbitant price for mediocre to average work, try some other housecleaners. Or maybe the folks using Angie’s list think this IS “A” grade cleaning; and that thought is appalling.

Sofia's crew arrived on time and got right to work on cleaning the apartment. They worked hard during their time there, and notified me when they were close to finishing so that I could return and lock up. The place looked great!
