 + -1 moreRecently one of the fixtures went bad and when I called, the representative took the time to try to troubleshoot the issue. I tried everything she suggested and it still didn't work, so they ordered a replacement transformer through the manufacturer though I was a couple of months past warranty. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and the transformer was indeed problematic. They were prompt in all their dealings with me and I appreciated it!
Description of Work: I purchased several light fixtures 2 years ago when doing a basement remodel.

 + -1 moreOlympia Lighting is the best lighting store I've ever dealt with. Very good selection, but it's the staff who make the difference. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice.
