It went beautifully! They were prompt, efficient, hard-working and made our property shine! The owner arrived several times to double-check the progress of the work, and the quality. Everything they promised happened: our roof was immaculate and treated for moss prevention, the metal roof over the garden building was immaculately clean, the outside walls of the all the buildings were carefully, but powerfully, cleaned, the roof of the three car garage, the large driveway and all the hardscaping that had years of moss, debris, and weeds, was perfectly clean. The staff were efficient, worked steadily and in two days all was perfect. We were thrilled that this beautiful, but older home, was so clean and shining.

My deck needed attention. It needed to be re-stained/resealed to protect the wood. The owner Jay was very responsive from my first inquiry until the guys left the house. They used top quality products, arrived on time and the finished product looks great. They took pride in their work. They were very neat and polite. I would definitely use NW Pro Services again and recommend them to friends without hesitation.

We have a very large house and the two men who did it, did a great job. They worked non-stop for 7 hours and were very professional and polite. Our home looks brand new!!!

The crew did a great job of painting, the house looks beautiful. Jay, one of the owners, was in contact with us daily about how the project was going and they were very careful moving our lawn furniture, etc. We've been very pleased and have recommended them to two neighbors so far and my Mom has already had her house painted by them - also very pleased.

Jay was amazing right from the beginning. Had a great attitude and wanted to make sure the job was done right His crew showed up on time and worked hard. Roof looks wonderful!!! New looking. When they got done they treated the roof and cleaned up any debris left on the ground. I have to say that this is the first time that I have had someone come over and bid on a job, show up on time, do the job exactly as bid, and leave with it looking great. I would use them again !!!!!

I saw NW Pro Services on Angies List and called them. Just a short time after I phoned the business the owner came to my house to determine the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. I am very pleased with the work done by the two employees he sent to my house. They cleaned the gutters, removed moss from the roof, bleached the gutters, applied moss-repellent to the roof, and power-washed my house, patio and driveway. They did a great job. My house has never looked better!

We decide to do the whole package and boy were we happy with the result. The roof cleaning was very well, but the house washing and concrete cleaning were wonderful. I am so glad Jay (owner) offered that option. I have a 100 foot long aggregate concrete driveway, sidewalk in front of our house, patio areas, and concrete curbing around our lawn that was installed about 7 years ago. A lot of concrete surface area. Our lot is over 1/4 acre. It would have taken me days and a lot of backaches if I used my gas powered pressure washer (probably never would have got around to it) to do the job.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They were punctual for every meeting from the first quote to actual work done to follow up. They even came out within an hour or so on the weekend when I discovered a leak in the closet. They found the problem and the leak stopped. They painted my deck which is two levels with lots of cutting in. They went above and beyond prepping for the actual paint job and then did an outstanding job of painting. The project lasted a couple days and workers were diligent and polite the entire time and Jay kept me informed of the progress with daily updates. I will definitely become a maintenance customer to prevent more moss from growing on the roof and would highly recommend them to anyone. Couldn't be happier.

Great service! Guys were on time, moved stuff around as needed and cleaned up after themselves. Roof was treated gently with no damage and looks great 8 months later. I will be using them for a yearly treatment to keep moss in check.

Amazing. This company took on a huge project in cleaning our 7200 sq ft home. They showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job, charged exactly what they said they would, and were pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company!

I could not be more pleased with NW Pro Services. Our 10-year-old home had widespread moss build up on the roof and had never been cleaned. The work was completed as discussed with owner, Jay, at the time of the estimate and the cost ended up lower than the price agreed upon. During the estimate, Jay pointed out potential problem areas and on the day of service, he pointed out several issues that I needed to be aware of. After the job was completed, the roof looks pristine. Our home's siding looks refreshed and I no longer think that I need to have the house repainted. All of our concrete surfaces were cleaned and now look great. The crew who performed the work was friendly, professional, hard working, and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm used to hiring contractors who talk a good game, yet under deliver in the end. But NW Pro Services did exactly what they said they would do. They did their job. I wholeheartedly recommend NW Pro Services.

A house was for sale in my neighborhood and had been "cleaned" (unsuccessfully) several times to prepare it for the market. However, one day I came home from work and literally thought a new house had been put in it's place! Seriously though, that isn't possible but I was completely amazed at the difference in the house and it happened all in one day. I then knew who I wanted to hire and sought out the realtor to get the phone number of the company (which was NW Pro Services). My house is 10 years old and situated under pine tress which brings a great deal of moss to the concrete and roof along with mold on the sides. NW Pro Services cleaned every last bit of it. The bid was honest and Jay, the owner, was forthright in telling me what to expect both good and bad (sometimes mold doesn't clean completely). Nonetheless, they were able to get it all off. I am grateful to now have a trustworthy business I can count on to help me maintain my home!

Our rental needed some TLC in preparation for putting it on the market. When I left Jay a message to contact me regarding pressure washing, he was very quick to call me back. We discussed what I needed done, he called me back the very same day with the price, suggesting the package deal they offer (for my type of request) saving me quite a bit of money. He also included the 10% Angieslist discount that I'd forgotten about! Jay was wonderful to work with, promptly returning my calls, even calling me the morning of the job to let me know the crew was on there way! The men that showed up ( right on time) at my property were smiling and polite, even given they had to work outdoors on a nasty, rainy Washington day....AND, the did an outstanding job. Looks great! I am very pleased! (They also paint, so I will be contacting them again). I will recommend NW Pro Services in a heart beat.

Showed up early and started working. Very thorough cleaning job. Cleaned up after themselves when they were done. House looks great! Very detailed cleaning. Felt like I was coming to a new home!

They were able to give us a bid off Satellite pictures and records filed with the county. This was done quickly after we contacted them (got them through Angie's List). They were out within a week of me calling them. Were going to be an hour later than 1st told and phoned to let us know that. They were quietly all around the house with 4 men who knew what they were doing. They cleaned up every scrap of debris from the roof and the deck not leaving any evidence of them being there. It was the best experience with a all around service company that we have ever had.

We had purchased our home and it looked like a "haunted house" per the neighborhood children. The gutters had their own lawn. We have a metal roof and NW Pro services was the only local company that would offer to give us a bid. Everyone was professional, on time and completed the job without any issues. I will hire them again.

They immediately returned my call after I left a message. Explained that the weather was too bad to clean my steep roof immediately (snowy, icy) but was able to clean it the following week. They showed up right on time, cleaned the roof, picked up the moss from the yard, sprayed my windows to clean the dirt off. Even informed me of an open window I was unaware of. I thought they were extremely professional and courteous. The owner followed up with a call to see how things went. Will definitely call them again when I need something done.

The owner returned my call promptly and showed up on a weekend to give a bid. Offered to do the job first thing on Monday. His crew showed up in the AM and worked without a break until the job was completed. They were conscientious about our house and the belongings that could be damaged by the process. The roof looks great. They found some tiles to replace the ones that were damaged. We have a large roof, I expected the price to be a bit higher.

Jay and his crew were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They worked non-stop for six hours to get our house and roof looking beautiful again. There was so much moss, dirt, and sand covering our roof that we were getting complaints from neighbors and had leaking because of back up in the gutters. After the crew got done cleaning we were stunned at how nice the roof and patios like. Like a new house! Our neighbors have now come by to give us compliments. The price was very competitive and the service that we got was unbeatable! Jay came to update us on the progress every couple hours and was always very nice (even though he had been out working in the cold for hours). There was no unexpected cost that was not in the estimate except for a couple new tiles that were needed. Jay drove out of his way to pick up extra tiles for us at cost. He then found some on our property and didn't charge us anything for the tiles that he had just bought. Overall we could not have been more satisfied to with the service, and would highly recommend NW Pro Services to anyone!

,Rick and Taylor arrived at 8:30 am and finished around 5: pm. My roof is very large and is in the middle of a forest.. Roof was covered in Moss and lots of fir needles.. The crew used a large washer to gently clean the roof and put moss cleaner over entire area..A huge mess was created on sides of house and on the ground. Taylor and Rick cleaned every thing up much better then they found it. .I would recommend N.W. Pro Services to every one .

The day the service was scheduled it was too icy on the roof so they came back on a weekend at no extra charge. Roof looks great and gutters all clean. Did great job cleaning up the mess this makes afterward. Highly recommend!
