At first it was a struggle timing the service with a rain free window of time. Jay kept me informed and finally a nice day surfaced and the work was done. The young man (sorry forgot his name) showed on time and prepared with what was required. He was polite and handed me a receipt upon completion.

Excellent! These guys are fast, prompt, and so friendly, my neighbors also was very impressed by their work. I will reccomend them to every one I know.

Everything went great! They gave me a price right over the phone. Scheduled the job with us, called the day before with a reminder call they were coming. He was on time and worked hard all day. The roof and gutters looks great. He cleaned up after himself and had us walk around the house and take a look to see if there was anything else he would like us to do. It looked great. He also explained keeping up on treatment for moss control, which will help with the life of our roof.

They did as promised. Extra fee was charged to go to Winlock. (48 miles from them) Pre-payment was required, which initially my husband wasn't comfortable with. Everything we well though.

NW Pro staff were thorough, competent, and responsive.

I asked if they had time to pressure wash the driveway and walk. They were a little ahead of schedule so were happy to do it, for a reasonable additional fee. Their work was done quickly and well, and they cleaned up better than some crews I've had before. I'll definitely be having them back in the spring.

I was very happy with the results. The surrounding trees cause a lot of moss growth and I'm overwhelmed by it every year. I wish I'd checked this company out a long time ago.

At the time of service we were pleased with the results. Unfortunately, we did not know enough to NOT have a composition roof pressure washed. The pressure washing destroyed our roof. Two years later we had water literally running under all shingles throughout the roof, and we had to replace a 30-year roof after only 12 years, plus other expensive repairs due to water damage from the leaking. A roofing consultant (not the company who had installed the roof) told us that the pressure washing had destroyed the shingles. We have done investigation since and have learned that LOTS of people know you should not pressure wash a composition roof (wish we had known). Northwest Pro Services ought to know this, too, since they advertise themselves in the roof cleaning business. We feel they were willing to take our money to do a job that should not have been done at all. Do not hire Northwest Pro Services, or anyone else, to pressure wash your roof. Contact a roofing installation company to find out the proper way to clean your roof.

I appreciated Jay's prompt call and professional approach. It's not often a service provider will respond quickly and tell you the straight story. I wouldn't hesitate to contact NW Pro Services.

Excellent. I contacted Jay via Angie's list. He phoned me within an hour. I live out of the area. I described the job and gave him the property address. He went to the property, sent me photos and a bid within an hour. We agreed and scheduled the job, he even moved our job up so that I could get clean exterior photos for my real estate listing. Work was performed on time and as promised. My realtor says exterior looks awesome. We were able to handle payment by phone, invoice e-mailed promptly. I would definitely use this contractor again.

It went great! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! When I first started getting estimates Jay was available to come out the next day. He looked over my house and gave me a firm quote right away. He answered my questions and told me about the experienced painters he has on his paint crew. It took me a bit to get my other estimates and make my decision. Overall, I really felt that NW Pro Services was going to give me the best quality paint job of all the Angie's List companies I spoke with. I called Jay and he told me he would get back with me with a date to do the cleaning, which would be done first and billed separately from the paint job. He called back shortly and said that they actually could do the cleaning the next day. I was glad that I didn't have to wait. The cleaning crew arrived right on time and worked from 8:30 until 3:30 or so. There was a crew of 2, and one started on the roof while the other one cleaned the driveway and concrete surfaces. They were very thorough, and very professional. Every person I met from NW Pro Services is someone I felt comfortable with, and happy to have around my home. When they were finished they walked around the entire house and shop with me to verify I was happy with the work. Everything looked great! They even cleaned the brick light posts I have out front and the entire asphalt driveway, walkways, etc. Jay told me he had a couple of jobs ahead of mine and would let me know when they could paint. He answered all my questions, and was very agreeable with some changes I had figured out after the original estimate. I wanted some extra trim painted, and clarified that the fence between the house and shop needed to be included. He assured me that his paint crew would be able to take care of it. Jay called me on Sunday August 16th to tell me that they could start my job the next day on the 17th, if I was ready for them (had my colors picked, etc). So we agreed to start on the 17th. On the 17th Jay arrived on site with the paint crew, Ryan and Bubba. We walked around our house discussing the details of my paint job, and things I was concerned about. Ryan and Bubba got started right away. The 2 of them spent 2 1/2 days prepping and masking the house getting it ready for paint. They primed the fence and got it painted in the trim color on Tuesday. On Wednesday they added an additional person to the team. John helped complete the masking, making sure that only the surfaces that needed paint were painted. John had done the roof part of the cleaning earlier in the month, and I was happy to see him back. They took a lunch break and started spraying the main body of the house Wednesday afternoon. Since they spent so much time with the prep work the painting went smoothly and quickly. They completed spraying the main house color on Wednesday. On Thursday Jay came back out to check on everything. My husband and I had concerns about one wall on the back of the shop where the paint didn?t look even, and we had problems with the caulking since the hardi-plank siding was put in with extra-large gaps. Ryan (the painter in charge of the overall job) fixed those spots and repainted the entire back wall of the shop for us. That took care of the problem. We had 4 people working on the trim and downspouts on Thursday. They primed any areas that needed it, and both painters recommended some special things to help make our house look great. On Friday the crew was reduced to 2, and they finished the trim, put my lights back up, and re-attached the downspouts to the gutters. Ryan spend ½ the day looking for and completing touch-ups to make sure everything was perfect. He has such a good eye and found many spots that he wanted to fix. His attention to detail and level of exptertise was remarkable. The entire crew takes great pride in their work, and really enjoys transforming a house with a new paint job. The paint crew is given the time and materials to do whatever it takes to complete the job to a high level of quality. They also used Sherwin Williams top quality paint - Duration. I highly recommend them, and cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Everyone had a great attitude and was pleasant to interact with.

Jay was very responsive and professional throughout the process. He provided me a written estimate, asking detailed questions about how I would like things done. The work was done on time, to budget, and with the highest of quality. Jay did a great job communicating with me, updating me on the progress of the project daily and as needed. The crew paid attention to the details, and the results showed in the final result. Their excellent work and service give me no hesitation in hiring them again.

The work crew showed up on time, and they quickly began to pressure wash the roof and skylights. There had been substantial moss buildup on top of the outbuilding, and they quickly cleaned that, as well. This 3200 square foot house has a complex roof (in addition to a very high slope), but this did not deter them. There are many nooks and crannies that catch leaves and evergreen needles, and NW Pro Services took care of that. Algae and moss had begun to accumulate since the last roof cleaning, and this company applied treatment to abate that concern. By the time the crew was finished, the house siding also was cleaner. The entire house exterior looked new! They meticulously cleaned up at the end of the job, and the yard and garage apron were much cleaner than before their job began. Their professional approach and positive attitude mean so much to us. We will definitely want them back for the next roof cleaning.

Everyone involved inspired confidence and was a pleasure to work with. Our house is over 100 years old, tall and steep in places and required considerable prep, including minor repairs. The painters were experienced professionals who showed up on time every morning and worked hard all day. They were courteous, friendly, and always happy to answer questions. Clean-up was excellent. We plan to call Jay in the Fall for gutter cleaning.

These guys were very good! they came when they said they would, they got right to work, they did an awesome job, and they cleaned up wonderfully when they were finished. The guys were very polite and respectful, and answered all my questions before, during and after.
