Easy! Called for an estimate. Jay came by the house that evening and gave me prices for individual services and also a price for a package deal. Made the appointment for a week later. Showed up on time and was very friendly. Gave me the invoice first and explained what they would do. They were very careful in moving outdoor furniture and protecting it. And cleaned up after themselves when they were done. These guys are fair, honest, friendly, and do a great job!

Jay is so easy to work with and very accommodating. He explains everything in detail and there are no surprises. The price was high, but their guaranteed is that they will clean up better than most companies. That may be true, there as no dirt, but I wish everything had been put back on the deck and they had reattached the hose. Jay is not hard sell, but recommends other treatments, which I am going to take him up on next year, like bleaching the siding of the house. I am also going to have his company come back next summer and do my mother's roof and I also recommended him to my father-in-law. NW Pro Services is now our family's pressure washing company.

If you are considering ANY PRESSURE WASHING JOB we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northwest PRO Services! Jay and Rick arrived on time (that in itself is impressive - especially as we live in Duvall and their company is in Olympia.). As we opened our front door at 8:50 AM on Saturday morning of this Labor Day weekend, we were cheerfully greeted by the two of them and presented with their company's business card identifying who they were. We agreed to a "walk around" to make sure we - and they - were in agreement of the services they were to provide and that there were no $$ surprises. There were none. Jay was true to his telephone bid. As we completed the walk around, we asked how much additional it would cost to pressure wash our rather large back deck at the same time and were given a very reasonable price which we agreed to. Jay and Rick were at our home for about five hours and worked non-stop the entire time. Northwest PRO Services were just as their name implies - PROFESSIONAL. They were on-time, courteous, respectful, honest in their pricing and never tried to sell us additional services. In fact, Jay talked us out of having our facia's gable ends cleaned at this time because he noticed that trying to clean them removed the existing paint. He recommended we wait until next summer to do this as we were having the house painted at that time. Before they began work, Jay and Rick carefully covered our graveled pathways and protected our plantings around the house. They also did a great job of cleaning up the debris after they completed their work. Additionally, after doing a GREAT job of pressure washing our back deck, they touched up our front porch cedar floor, steps and railing for no additional cost. We are contracting with their company for annual zinc treatments to prevent further moss growth to our roof.
