Jay Tanner called me with in and hour of my email .We set up a date and time for the work to be done. They were on time and worked me thru what they were going to do. They were very professional and cleaned up well after the work was done. This is a company I would use again.

NW Pro Services showed up when they promised to; provided very professional service and communication. House and immediate environs look great after their work. They cleaned up after the job--no clean-up left for us to do. We are pleased; will use this company again. Highly recommended.

One and a half days on site. Work was done thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Workers were polite and courteous. All procedures were explained beforehand. There were no surprises. We are now on an annual maintenance program which will be cost effective in the long run. The work was scheduled quickly. All expectations were surpassed.

Jay and his crew showed up at 8:30, ready to get to work. The painters did all the work with brushes/rollers. They did fantastic. The house looks great! Several times throughout the job, Jay had me look at the before/after in certain places to see the difference. It was amazing how dull/poor the old paint looked compared to now. We are pleased! I should also mention the clean up. There was no evidence that anyone had been in my yard other than the great paint job. The shrubbery and landscaping was all as it was before they showed up. I appreciate this as well.

They showed up when they stated they would and spent approximately 6 hours working on our house. NW Pros did an excellent job removing the moss on our tile roof, cleaning the gutters both inside and out, removing mold from the railing and beams on our deck, and even pressure washed our neighbor's driveway (they needed extra water volume for their sprayers and asked her for permission to use one of her outdoor faucets. To say she was pleasantly surprised when she got home would be an understatement). They cleaned up our house and yard when they were through and applied a zinc compound to the roof. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. I have contracted other companies for the same work in the past and was extremely disappointed. NW Pros is a premier company in this line of work.

Contacted company via e-mail. Was happy to get a call back within the hour. Had an estimate for the job and a appointment was made that same day. Company arrived on time. I had the job explained to me and they listened to my concerns and were very friendly. They were very thorough. The house looks great.

The overall experience was excellent. Jay responded immediately. He answerd my initial call, took down the initial basic information and location for my request and got back to me the same day with a bid. We were able to agree on a price very easy (his prices were very reasonable for the work I needed) and his schedule worked easily for what I needed. He even advised he would be at another job in the area shortly after mine and if there were any issues that I noticed in the days following the job it would be very easy for him to stop by and touch up. However, this was not needed. The job was very well done and needed no touch up. Everything was cleaned up and in perfect condition when I returned home from work. Jay called that night and then again after I could see it in the daylight to check on my thoughts to make sure the work met my expectations. I will use them again if I have other jobs.

Jay was responsive to my initial call. Crew showed up on time and worked under difficult weather conditions to complete the job as promised. I am very pleased with the work performed. Jay also contacted me after-the-fact make sure I was happy.

They arrived at the scheduled time. They completed the work in the amount of time they had indicated when they provided the estimate. They did additional work beyond the scope of the estimate, which included materials, for which they didn't charge anything additional. They left the house and yard completely clean and the roof looks like new.

I saw the reviews on Angie's list and decided to give this company a try. The price quoted was reasonable. They came on time to clean my house about a week after I contacted them and did a good job. My house looks great. They are professional and responsive.

NW Pro was very professional and courteous! I will gladly recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great as well as the driveway and fence. They were honest and efficient.

I looked on Angie's List for a company with good reviews to provide an estimate for the above needs. I am not from the Pacific NW and every season, it seems I find something new to maintain on my home because of the damp climate. The moss build-up on the roof wasn't bad, but I knew it needed to be addressed to prevent damage. I called NW Pro Services and found Jay to be very courteous and professional on the phone. He was able to come to my home and provide an estimate on the same day. He was able to arrange the cleaning job (an all day job) within the week. The work crew came promptly when promised that morning. They stayed busy the entire time at my house. Jay told me the only thing I needed to do was to place some towels by the bottoms of the exterior doors as there would be a lot of water (he wasn't kidding). The crew carefully moved all the pots, patio furniture, etc. and replaced them when the job was complete. They were very conscientious of landscaping and other things around the home. The cleanup was fantastic. There was a lot of *gunk* from the roof, gutters, that fell to the ground. They scooped up everything so the storm drains wouldn't get clogged. The overall cost of the job was slightly under the estimate given. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome. With regular maintenance, I am sure we won't have to do this big of a job again. I will definitely use their services in the future!

Looked on Angie's List for a Pressure Washer. Called and they said they would come out and do the job. They came out on time and on that date. They unloaded and got right to work! No breaks for them. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. I would use them over and over. They are a 5 star rating in my book. It is so nice to have found them on Angie's List. No worries, or wondering if the job will be done right. The job sparkles!

Jay arrived and inspected the site, gave a firm price for the next day. The next day was very rainy and he called to say he would be late because of other emergency jobs (mine was definitely not emergency) so I told him to hold off until the next day when he could work in the daylight. They arrived first thing in the morning and set up (my cars were already out of the drive.) They ran two cleaning wands and were done in under three hours. I was a bit worried that the moss in the courtyard would be very hard to clean up, but their equipment took it right off.

Make sure your cars are out of the driveway before he arrives, so he can get right to work!

They came, they did cleaned, they cleaned up after themselves,for a very reasonable cost. I am very pleased.

I was very pleased and thought their price was reasonable; I do have a small house. I have absolutely no concerns at all and plan to use them in the future to paint my house. They were very punctual and professional; I have no complaints about what they did.

Jay was great to work with. Scheduled visit to site and provided estimate the day after I talked with him. Showed up as scheduled and contacted me when he found things on the roof that I needed to be aware of. He washed all deck areas even parts that he hadn't washed any material on to. Will come back to apply zinc coating on a dry day.

I really needed some pressure washing! I was in a hurry to get the job done, so NW Proservices came out on Mother's Day morning. NW Proservices came out with several guys and got to work as we left for church and brunch, they told me that by the time we got back, they'd be done, all cleaned up and gone. I seriously doubted this because it was a BIG job. Well, after church and brunch we arrived home to our concrete, ALL of it, looking fabulous! It all was moss and dirt free! They cleaned up everything, left no puddles on the ground or splatter up on the house. It looked wonderful! I highly recommend NW Proservices and I plan on using them every spring to clean up our concrete! I said the cost was $300 because I was required to put a cost in for the review, but truthfully I don't remember exactly how much it was and I don't have time right now to go through my receipts, but I do know that it was VERY reasonable. They are great!

Jay was very polite and friendly. They arrived on time, went straight to work and even performed extra work without charging us. I would recommend NW Pro Services, Inc. and we will use them again. It was raining when they came out to perform the work so they could not apply the zinc treatment, Jay said that they would return when it's not raining to apply the treatment.

I felt the cleaning was very thorough and safely done (iimportant with steep roofs). The guys noticed that my whole house (in the woods) could do with mildew and debris removal. They gave an inclusive quote for this and the roof cleaning plus one for just the roof cleaning. The price was fair and for a lump sum I had a really good looking house for the holiday season. They volunteered to call to schedule a yearly zinc treatment to keep down the new moss growth. This is great for a homeowner who often "spaces out" on regular work like this--just never make the call although knowing that it needs to be done. The house and roof still look good (10 months later) but I have already been called for a followup zinc treatment which I will absolutely schedule. Additionally the "2 story" guy found a niche where the squirrel might be getting in--actually not on the roof but a small siding problem close to the roof. I supplied metal mesh and he installed. NO MORE NAUGHTY SQUIRREL, I am so pleased as is my Mom who uses the bedroom where she would hear the squirrel occasionally and worry about his "activities". All and all this was a good experience and I highly recommend this company!!!!

Jay and his team showed up on time and got right to work and didn't stop until the job was completed. They cleaned up the mess and put back what they removed from the porch area prior to cleaning. They were respectful of our property and possessions. Thank you so much!
