He said the only way he would treat it was to wash and then spray the whole roof. I was told that you do not power wash roofs, but he insisted that this was what needed to be done. I have since found out that my warranty has been voided because of what he did. UPDATE: The roof was only a few years old, I had the company who installed it come out to check it after the service was completed. They informed me that the warranty is now definitely void. I am now having to save for a $10,000 new roof. They also told me that anyone who was in the roofing business would be able to tell me that it was not a light wash.

NW Pro Services responded promptly to my initial inquiry, so we quickly scheduled our service within a couple of weeks. The morning of our appointment, they promptly called to confirm their arrival time and let me know the names of the two people who would be coming. They were on time, courteous and quickly got to work. They did a fantastic job cleaning our roof, the gutters, siding, and sidewalks. We will definitely use their services again.

They wre pricy, but did an excellent job, both workers were very courteous and polite.

Went well. I never Saw them or had interaction with them. They came while I was at work and were gone before I got home.

Jay arrived exactly as scheduled which is very important to me. He was professional, diligent and did a high quality job. I actually had several quotes that were cheaper - considerably cheaper in one case. However I went with N.W. Pro based on the strength of the previous Angie's list ratings. I was not disappointed. I will have Jay come back again next year.

The crew arrived on time and got to work on the roof right away. The North side had the most moss and while one guy worked on it the other guy did the sides and front. They worked without stopping for at least 4 to 5 hours including clean up. I couldn't have asked or expected a better job and the roof which is at least 16 years old looked like it was new when they were done. Jay Tanner the owner, was easy to talk to and understood exactly what to do and was able to explain to me how to maintain the roof so it would be moss free for years to come. My wife and I gave the owner and crew a little bonus for a job well done. We will definitely use Jay and his crew for any future work on our roof.

They showed up on time and explained to my wife, what did where going to do. they stared the work within minutes after setting their equipment up and completed the work in about 2 hours later. They took off all the moss on the roofs and also added the zinc treatment. They cleaned up around the house after all the work was completed. we where very happy and signed up for the yearly service of zinc treatment.

Originally, I had hired Jay and his crew from NW Pro Services to clean my deck and gutters. They did such a great job, that I decided to hire them to paint my house. Let me tell you, it really needed it! Jay and his crew began by cleaning the entire exterior of my house to include the cement driveway and walkways (I had no idea they were so dirty!). Then, they painted the entire two-story house and the trim. They were punctual, polite, professional, and really hard-working. They cleaned up afterward and my house looks fantastic! I am so pleased and can't recommend them enough!

The first part of the job, was the roof: Being tile and 23 years old, my dad was a little hesitant in having it done. There were no broken or cracked tiles during the cleaning which pleased my dad as the company he had used before broke several tiles. There were several spots on the side of the house that mold had gotten a hold and that was totally gone when they finished. They cleaned up everything, leaving no trace of them having been there other than a clean house. It was decided that Dad would get a separate estimate for repainting the back deck once they washed and scrapped it so the condition of it could be appraised. In the end, my Dad decided to add painting the trim and soffets as well as painting the deck. They were prompt or if going to be late, a phone call from them let us know when to expect them. The employees were polite, professional, and were not invasive of our lives.

They arrived on time, set up quickly and accomplished what we needed to prepare for painting. They asked questions about our expectations and explained what they would do. The job was done very well. The house looks great. I would be glad to recommend them.

Excellent job! Surrounded by fir trees, my 20+ year old tile roof was heavily coated in moss and needles. Now after the cleaning it looks like a new roof. Jay and his assistant, Tyler, arrived at the scheduled time, did an excellent job in cleaning the roof, replacing broken tiles and cleaning up all the debris afterwards. Jay was professional, polite and concerned with meeting my expectations of the job. I consider the price reasonable and have requested he do a routine yearly maintenance of the roof. Highly recommended.

I really needed my large multi-level deck, railings, and gutters cleaned. It was dirty and stained from several years of neglect; in addition, it had green slimy stuff all over. I read the reviews on Angie's list and called Jay Tanner, and I'm so glad I did. He came out within a few days and really did a great job. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He even moved my furniture for me because I was unable to lift it by myself! The job he did cleaning my deck far exceeded my expectations. In fact, it looks brand new again. I was so pleased with the job he did and his work ethic, that I have decided to hire him to clean the entire exterior of my house and repaint it!

We were very pleased with NW Pro Services' work at our home. They painted the trim of our single story house in one day -- much quicker and more professionally than we could have done it. They had some paint left over and even offered to paint some other posts near the house. We've used the company for other services before and won't hesitate to contact them again if we need more work done around the house.

I am extremely pleased with the job done by NW Pro Services. Our house looks brand new! Years of built-up moss and dirt disappeared in a day thanks to the skilled work done by the crew. They were quick to give us an estimate and then promptly got us on their schedule. They worked all day and gave us a lot of value for the price. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Jay and his crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did an excellent job. When some of the black stains proved to be more resistant than he had expected, Jay located a different solution and went over the wood a second time. I wish I'd taken "before" pictures. Everyone who saw the house before has commented on what a vast improvement this was.

Jay was easy to contact and listened patiently to my long list of outdoor cleaning requests to be spread out over an acre and done on a particular day. Following a brilliant google satellite search he was able to give me an accurate cost estimate and max price well in advance. The team arrived promptly and were prepared to run equipment hundreds of feet from their van and water source. They had to travel quite a ways to get to me but Jay never mentioned the probable cost and inconvenience. Jay sought my opinion throughout the morning and truly cared that my experience be more than satisfactory. I trusted and valued his professional recommendations when I asked for them and he accommodated my requests when I asked for special care near valued landscaping. The attention to detail was refreshing and the cleanup left nothing to be desired. This was an excellent experience.

NW Pro Services provided excellent service. They gave us a detailed explanation of what they would do and they did it. We plan to call on them again when we need any of the services they provide.

We had a very positive experience with NW Services Pros and will certainly use them again. They responded quickly to our requested needs and did a great job. We are a busy family with a big house and had neglected the roof, cutters and sidewalks for several years. We needed someone to come in and do the job with little or no assistance from us. We could not have come close to accomplishing this job on our own. The whole team was professional and friendly. Our house sparkles from top to bottom. It was worth EVERY penny!

Prompt, next day service. Very clean and left the grounds spotless. I have metal roof and he did a great job of removing 10 years worth of pollen and maple seeds. The roof now looks like new again. I have a large roof over 4000 sq. ft. and it took over 6 hours. I definitely got my money's worth even though the price was a little bit higher than others. I went with NW Pro because of the high review on Angie's list and I was not disappointed.

Contacted NW Pro Services in the morning to get an estimate. Jay came out gave me a quote which I thought was very reasonable. He said he had time right then. Great. Jay had another man come out to assist and it was beautifully done in a few hours! Both men were very courteous and friendly. Reasonable price, great looking job! Highly reccommend NW PRO Services. A+ work!

Jay and crew were extremely professional. His estimate of the time it would take to clean our tile roof and do the 'top-down' additional cleaning was right on target. While we had a couple of other bids to do our roof that were lower, we wanted a quality job and felt the other bidders underestimated the amount of work and cost - even though some were recommended by family. Here in the PNW we have the optimum conditions for growing moss and our roof was dirty and had a lot of moss. We paid extra for the top down service - bleach gutters, rinse the house and pressure wash all the concrete surfaces. It was worth the money! The roof is spotless and the house looks like it just got painted. I washed all the windows afterwards and the house just sparkled. The crew showed up on time and got right to work - no dilly dallying, messing around with set-up, etc. The set-up and clean-up time was all covered in the estimate that was originally given. This is rare in my experience, numerous times I've been told a job would be done in a specific amount of time only to find out that not everything was accounted for and I find that very annoying. They worked the entire time, 5 hours straight. The whole crew was extremely polite and cleaned up the worksite. Jay communicated with us professionally and timely. He pointed out anything he thought would be an issue or raise questions for us as the work progressed. I will recommend NW Pro Services to family and friends.

We were very pleased with the work done by NW Pro Services. Jay was quick to respond to our request to remove the moss from our roof, which also led to additional cleanup of our property (i.e. applying a bleach solution to our house to remove moss and dirt, and pressure washing our concrete driveway, walkways, and patio as well as other areas that needed moss removal. Jay and his crew were professional, friendly and helpful. We are gratified by the results and greatly appreciate their hard work.

Excellent service. When they came out to the rental home they found that the water had been turned off (unbenknownst to me!). They were able to convince a neighbor to let them use their water so that the didn't have to reschedule the service on the rental. Saved me a lot of hassle. On my own home they also cleaned my concrete driveway and deck at no extra charge. They were exactly on time and pointed out an issue with me roof which I hadn't previously noticed.

I was very pleased with the clean roof appearance and the sidewalks. The sidewalks and driveway pressure wash made a dramatic difference in color and just look a lot better. I got compliments from the neighbors! The crew was very nice and worked hard for the time they were on the job. The crew leader and owner is great to work with. I appreciated their efforts! Some of my feedback/thoughts: 1. I had a few specific areas on the house where the paint (which was in near perfect condition before) came off during washing. Obviously, I knew some small areas near corners or "worn" areas may come off, but some of the paint loss was much more than expected. My recommendation to the customer: Don't do the entire house washing unless you are following up with a paint job in the near future. My house is not due a painting for a while, but now I know that the pressure washing can cause peeling/chipping and I wish I had held off on this service until a bit later when we'll need a paint coat. 2. The clean up portion for me was greater than expected from all the debris blown out of the gutters and off the block-brick porch area. My gravel dog run area was full of pine needles and pine cone debris and seedlings and it looked really bad. I am still cleaning it all up. Definitely does not look tidy and will take some 'vacuuming' or hand-picking to clean up all the debris. The large amounts of water used also caused my mulch to pool up and slide out of the beds into the gravel and grass. Also, the gravel was blown under the fence and into the mulch and yard area which is nearly impossible to get all the rocks out of the yard/beds. Recommendation: The service team should put a fine collection netting down around the base of the house to collect what comes off the roof and any raised porch areas. The water can still drain through, but the debris is captured and can be disposed of in one sweep. I was most disappointed with the amount of clean up I had to do afterwards. 3. Be specific on what you want cleaned or washed out. Point out areas that you absolutely want to make sure are cleaned like areas with hornet nest starts, spider nests, etc. I was and they did a pretty good job of covering the areas requested. But I wish I had included all stepping stones, flower boxes, and gates of fences. Be aware that a small fuzzy substance can end up on anything that is too close to house. For example, our grill cover was covered in debris and a "fuzz" that sticks. And debris was blown up 'under' the grill cover and sticks to the appliance. So it's good to note to pull all appliances, pots/decorations, grills, automobiles far from the house in order to prevent debris buildup on those things as well. 4. Be aware that the stain on deck areas and especially the walking areas will peel and strip very easily depending on what type of stain and top coat you have on. I didn't realize how bad ours would peel and it really looks chipped compared to before and I was planning on resurfacing/coating that this year and now I'll have to figure that out. 5. Windows do not get "cleaned". They get rinsed down but are left with slight streaks of the cleaning solution. So be aware that this is not a window washing service. Oh and when it comes to timing...I would wait until after the first bloom of spring is finished...like beginning of June or so. Seems that the pollen can gather quickly again on the deck/wood areas. Also late spring storms can blow down more debris right away and slots in the decks get more debris in them. Be aware of your timing in the spring for the cleaning. All in all, I think the service is important and makes a difference in appearance. But I must advise that if you don't want to have to do further maintenance on things that didn't need it in the first place, then maybe consider not pressure washing those particular areas until you intend to do a paint coat or a stain. I did the "package deal" and now think I should have considered focusing on the areas that absolutely needed it this spring. And discuss ahead of time clean up of debris and what to expect so that you can prepare accordingly.
