Description of Work: To say these folks exceeded our expectations would be a gross understatement. The price was more than fair. They did a great job. Cleaned the roof the way it is supposed to be cleaned. Washed the house. Washed the shop. Washed stacking blocks. It all looks new. We will use these folks again for sure. Jay Tanner is a great person to work with.

Description of Work: cleaned my concrete roof. Treated it and replaced three tile. Lifted and cleaned under the valleys of my roof. Very professional and provided a great cleanup of a very messy job.

Description of Work: I was most impressed by their good effort to mask everything that needed it. They even masked the bottom edge of the fascia boards (different color)which, if I were doing it, I'd just painted. Afterwards, I looked for over spray and didn't find any. Two sides of the house were high on a slope which had scared me whenever I did anything there and they got it all done with no problem.

Description of Work: They cleaned my Moms gutters and metal roof at her summer house. They wet way too expensive in comparison to a man I hired afterwards who does all the gutters for$150.00. They also were caught speeding when they left doing 40 in a 15mph zone.

Description of Work: Felt more time between pressure washing and painting should have been longer. They did however pressure wash the drive and sidewalk. Don't feel the prep was done well enough before painting. instead of notifying us of a rotted trim piece, they just painted over it.

Description of Work: I had roofing and gutter cleaning and power washing of driveway and sidewalk. Tyler, the senior team leader, did an outstanding job on everything. Very professional and friendly. Brady, did clean-up, as he was learning the trade. He cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. Both were very hard workers. Jay, the owner came and checked out service being provided. I was very please with everything included price after comparing other services. A job well done. I would recommend them and definitely will use them again in future.

Description of Work: These folks cleaned our roof of extensive moss and applied a moss preventative. I started cleaning the roof and decided to call a professional. Mr Tanner came out that day, looked at the roof and scheduled the work for the following day. His team (2) arrived at 9am and finished about 4:30; they worked their tails off! They did a terrific job and were very professional. They cleaned up well and the roof looks great.

Description of Work: Cleaned roof, house and concrete surfaces. Also provided a complete exterior paint job. Both the cleaning crew and the painting crew performed exceptionally well. Perfect communications and able to adjust when required. I would have no problem using their services again or recommending them to others.

Description of Work: WOW. They showed up promptly at 9am from Olympia-- a 2 hr drive. Crew of 3 worked hard and meticulously all day, never missing a spot on our 2 buildings- home and studio. Metal roof and lots of landscaping, the guys tarped everything that might get damaged, and when they were done, they put all back together again. We thought we were going to have to do alot of painting this summer, but NW Pro cleaned up and every thing looks as good as new! I got a courtesy call the night before our scheduled job to confirm, and Jay, owner, went over our agreement . So professional. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had them clean the moss (heavy in places) off of our roof. It turned out wonderful. They also cleaned our gutters and did a wonderful clean up of the mess left after the service. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We have a two story house and double garage that were loaded with pine needles and some moss. The gutters needed cleaning. We also have a sidewalk, garage apron and front and back stoops that were nearly black with algae. Finally, we have two wooden deck areas that were green and slimy. We asked Rick and Jay to pressure wash all surfaces

Description of Work: Very professional. Came to my house on Monday and provided a detailed estimate. Tuesday they showed up in the morning and got right to work. Moved all my possessions away from the house before they started. Cleaned the roof and gutters and applied a moss preventative. Power washed the entire house including the back deck, walkway and drive way. When the job was finished all debri was cleaned and removed. My house from the top down looks great!!!
