Description of Work: Mike cleaned our carpets. He answered our calls promptly, arrived on time, took his time, and did a thorough job. He worked efficiently and was obviously well-experienced. He did a better job than we have had with previous cleaners. I think the fact that he works for himself insures that he is more conscientious.

 + -1 moreI called three carpet cleaning services and left messages. Mike was the only one who called me back. He answers calls promptly, shows up on time, and is very thorough and systematic in doing the job. He is courteous, and conscious, we were comfortable having him in our home. He quoted his price up front, didn't try to add more to it. He gave us written tips for letting it dry, and for keeping it clean. I'd say Mike did the best job we have ever had done in terms of carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in LR, FR, hall and two bedrooms. (We opted not to clean under very heavy furniture.) It took him 3 hours.

Description of Work: The service was good and I was well informed, but I feel, in retrospect, that it was too expensive for the amount of carpet cleaned. The dining/living room (combined area), downstairs bedroom,stairs and upstairs landing were cleaned. I did not have them do the two upstairs bedrooms. I should have been upfront and said, in my opinion, it was too expensive. Originally, I thought they were coming to give me a preliminary estimate. When the owner said they were ready at that time I think I felt an obligation to go ahead with the service. That would have been the time to have made my thoughts known regarding the price. The carpets look good and the traffic area near the front door has remained clean as thely treated that area with a special protective solution. (They informed me of the added charges beforehand). I compared prices with other services since having mine cleaned, and found them all less expensive. I went with this service because it was the first on Angie's List in my area. ???

 + -1 moreHe is wonderful. He took a lot of time on it He took care of it. Anyone who comes says that my carpet looks new. He did a wonderful job. He is very personable. He really explains his process. It is a very healthy process and not trying to use too many chemicals; but also sanitized and made sure that the rug is clean and is taken care of. He spent a lot of time. I have had carpet cleaners doing the work in one hour. When I do it, it takes more than two hours; I don't have equipments to do it. Mike Dahl did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Mike Dahl for carpet cleaning. They came last week. I get a 25% discount as I'm on rental.

 + -1 moreEXCEPTIONAL!!! I LOVE his service. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did an outstanding job!! I would definitely use him (2 person crew) again without hesitation. My carpet is approx. 8 yrs old and have been though 2 families of multiple kids and pets.
Description of Work: Deep clean and sanitized my entire house (approx. 2100 of carpet). Move furnitures and put furnitures on foam blocks.
