There are to many details to share. 
Here are the highlights. 

1. They bid $4000 and even after saying they would take $1,000 off for performance and the time delays they still charged me $5400.  I am still waiting for my receipt for the fixtures which they promised twice to send so I can call the mfr and get parts that they left off. 
3. They were to show up for the walk through and never came and that's when I discovered that the work they did was crap.  Leaks and the hot and cold are backwards.  They also left a half screwed in screw that was stripped there on a side they didn't think I would notice.  

They failed to grout behind the toilet
They make so many excuses for not showing up its not funny. 
The office manager is a relative of Jeff who is the plumber and she is either told to lie or is allowed to lie when ever you try to connect with them.  They will say that they leave messages when they don't as well. 
The first tile guy had to be fired and the work basically redone. 
They left a mess of my house while they were here.  
Rather than buck up and fix what was needed to be fixed they resigned. 
There are other smaller things that they didn't do as well.  Bottom line this company shouldn't be allowed in your house. 

We had an appointment scheduled to have our new water heater installed and the old one removed and disposed of.  When they did not show at the scheduled time I called and talked to Stacy.  She said they arrived but nobody answered..  I was there all day and my dog goes crazy if anyone even drives in the driveway.  (Normally I wouldn't say this, but I just knew she was lying to me.  Against my better judgement I told myself I was being silly and it was a simple mistake. Frankly, I'm desperate for hot water!) 
I explained to her that I had been there all day.   She cut me off saying things like this happen and they would come right over after they were finished on the job they were at. She also said she would call when they were on their way.  Never came or called.  My husband called them AGAIN and they rescheduled for the following morning (today) at 8am.  Well, today at 8am nobody showed or called.  We called and the plumber said he had to swap out his truck for another because it wasn't running well.  He said he was in Tumwater but was on his way to Puyallup and would be there in about 20 minutes.  Oh, he also said that traffic was really bad.  Hmmm, that's really weird because all of the DOT webcams showed things were wide open when I checked right after the call.  It is now 4pm and no call.  Out of sheer frustration my husband has tried calling but nobody will pick up. How these low-lifes stay in business is beyond me.  If they didn't want to do the job they simply could have refused it and not wasted our time.   T
