It was a pretty straight forward interaction and they were good priced.

I have got two very different experiences with Lowe's, with this one at Olympia. Just to cut to the chase I would give them an ‘A’ on everything. It was fairly pricey, I mean they weren't cheap but the service is excellent. I should have had them install the windows up here in Federal way.

Had to get item at another location due to lack of inventory.

We were extremely dissapointed in the follow through and lack of customer service from Lowes with this project. The following week, we contacted the store to check to see when our flooring would be delivered - as we had not heard anything. It turns out, the flooring had never been put into the system resulting in our flooring not being on the truck. We tried to communicate with the rep that told us our flooring would be in that day, but were not given a proper explanation. We went directly to the store after work. We requested to speak to a manager who did nothing to resolve the issue. They seemed more frustrated at us than we were even at them, at the time. We were just an inconvenience.We had no other choice than to wait for our flooring to be reordered. The manager said that we could get the flooring installed to meet our timeline - but with a chuckle said that it would cost "$1,200.00 extra." Our flooring was finally delivered. As the delivery men opened the back of the truck - we saw our flooring laying, scattered, across the bed. It hadn't been tied down. We did a quick quality check, hoping it wasn't damaged. Thankfully, only a few pieces were chipped. Overall, our experience was stressful and frustrating when working with this department. No one seemed to really care about our timeline or the quality of what they were delivering. I would not recommend.

They were great. They were very cordial. We were going to go with them. The rep they sent was good. He really knew and went through the materials. He brought out samples. It sounded like he really had experience. I like him. They were really courteous. I would not use them in the future.

I THINK THAT WE WERE A LITTLE FRUSTRATED IN THE BEGINNING, BUT THEY RESOLVED IT WELL, SO I WOULD SAY THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD.
