Logical Remodeling

He is a great guy. He was recommended by a neighbor that lived here for 45 years. He is very nice and is also a pleasure to work with. He listens to your needs and is very professional. His team is very nice and professional as well. We gave him a rough idea on what he were wanting, we talked through a lot of options. He told us were to look for different material as well as gave us a lot of options for the floor and balcony/deck in general. He really does work with you on what you are wanting. He showed up on time and worked as close to the schedule as possible. If there was a conflict or issue he would call and let us know. There was a lot of clean up and none of that was an issue. We had to work with our neighbors and was very respectful of their property. It was a very good working relationship. There was an increase of cost because of scaffolding but he was very good about explaining why there was an increase in price. In the end we are very happy and it really is nice work.
