Tim was timely in his responses to me as well as on time to perform the work. He moved the front door knob to another door and replaced front one with a less worn knob. That was appreciated He also gave me tips on why it was a good idea to change the locks.

It was awesome! Not only did they rekey or replace all the locks, they made it so that the doors all latched securely, which was a big improvement! Very polite, helpful guy.

I had an emergency for my elderly father. Tim Kelly responded, listened to my problem, made time in his schedule and he went above and beyond. He is very friendly, followed through, has a great price, and I am very happy. I am a previous business owner and I really appreciated his good service.

He was very prompt and opened/removed the lock very quickly. He charged the minimum charge, which was a but pricey for the time it took.

Tim arrived exactly on schedule. Performed the work pleasantly and efficiently. He even left a "tool" so I can open the bathroom door if it ever locks again!

It went very well. He arrived when he said he would and did what he said he was going to do and in a very timely and efficient manner.

I think I got him from Angie's List. He asked me how many doors we have to change the locks and I missed a couple of them. I don't think he even charged us extra for the other doors that I missed. It was a very good price and he was really fast, and he did a really good job. Everything was excellent!

Tim was great. He showed up on line, listened to what needed to be done, and went right to work. He was even able to repair our old lock instead of having to install a new lock (which saved us $$). Very professional.

I had lost the key to the lock that protected my bike rack. I took it to Tim, and within moments he had it open, and charged me nothing for the service. Without his help, that $100 bike rack was useless. He was friendly, skilled, professional and quick.

This is a relatively simple fix, but one we could not do ourselves. The locksmith came the day after we called. He was on time, and did the job in no time. He left us with several tools for unlocking inside locked doors and showed us how to use them. He gave us each an opportunity to unlock a door. He was professional and courteous.

We will absolutely use Local Locksmith again for our future needs. They were prompt, courteous and fast with both their response time and completion of the job. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone!

This guy was the Best of the Best. I had one door knob that was a different brand than the rest and he did not have one that matched my color and style in his truck. So he even called me later in the day to tell me that if I went to my local Lowe's and bought a new knob they could re-key that new lock to match my key for the rest of the house for no charge! He will get all my future business...

After reading about this company on Angies List, I gave them a call. Tim was awesome! He was able to schedule me the same day that I called, and was right on time with the time he had given me. He was super nice. He fixed my door lock very quickly and explained why it had stopped working. He also filed the area down a bit, so that the door would close more smoothly. I really appreciated that he fixed my existing lock, rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need. I definitely would use them again.

Tim arrived when he said he would and was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. He was done within an hour and the work was excellent.

When I moved into my house there was no key for the dead bolt for my front door. Tim Kelly, of Local Locksmith, replaced the deadbolt and re-keyed my regular lock so one key can open both locks. He also used long, reinforced screws on the door frame's strike plate to help keep the door from being kicked in by any potential burglar. And he provided me with a tool to open the bedroom and bathroom doors if they accidentally got locked from the inside, which had happened one time already. He also made a key to open the door that leads from the garage to the kitchen. He was very polite and professional and I like the fact that he is licensed, bonded and insured. I will definitely call him any time I need a locksmith

Tim Kelly was waiting for me when I arrived home from work at 3:15pm. Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm. I appreciated the fact that he did not attempt to call and tell me that he had arrived early and was waiting, as I do not answer my cell phone when driving. He was very efficient and professional and thoroughly reviewed the work he had completed. Also, he even explained that even though my locks were over 20 years old, both deadbolt locks still contained the master pins from their original installation when the house was built back in 1991!. Consequently, he removed the pins. He was a pleasure to do business with, and if the need ever were to arise again, I would not hesitate to use his services.

He was very nice, friendly, and prompt. I think I waited for him like an hour, which is the main thing to me to recommend to anybody. If there is a need, I would use his service in the future too.
