When Jacob worked for this company everything went great. They were transparent about price; they showed up as requested and did a great job. Then Jacob left. Since then I've been billed for time that I didn't get; they promise things and don't follow through; there is no communication; the office doesn't respond to inquiries. Sometimes the work done is up to the usual standard. Sometimes not.

Our experience with Leap Frog was amazing from beginning to end. They did what they said they'd do and when they said they'd do it. They listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to make it real.Can't wait to get the barn stars installed across the house and to get the pots planted next spring. Flat out awesome. If you're considering these guys, check out their website. I'd not seen it until after we gave them the info they needed to prepare a bid. Once I saw pictures of their work, I knew we were in the right hands. They are, indeed, dry creek/riverbed specialists! We would hire Leap Frog again in a heartbeat, without qualification or reservation.

I have .6 acres on the lake with fairly extensive landscaping. I have at least 50 azaleas and a large water feature. Ive gotten behind over the years with military deployments and wanted some professionals to come in and clean it up to something I could manage better. They came out very quickly and gave me a quote. Within a week they fit me in to the schedule. I was in and out the day they came and was happy with what I saw when they started. As they were leaving I had asked the leader of the 3 guys who gave me the quote if we were under or over on time. I didnt have the quote with me which was a mistake on my part. They were there for 12 man hours and I was quoted for 12 hour pruning + 4 hours cleanup. When the foreman and I checked the quote he said we were close on time when you included travel time. The quote had nothing about travel time so I brought it up to their front office as well my concerns about the quality of their work towards the end of the day. They started to get sloppy and didn't prune or deadhead as much as when they started. I quickly got a reply from the foreman and explaining that his time long didn't match with mine. I reviewed my security cameras and my time was spot on. Non the less he wanted to make it right and make sure I was happy. I had already deadheaded and cleaned up the areas that bugged me and had asked that I pay for the time they were there. I got a call from the front office and they were very nice and said they could only drop 1.5 hours of the 4 hours that was in the quote but they also still gave me a 150 discount so I didnt fight the price since they did work with me. Review Score: I gave them a C in Professionalism and B in Price because travel time was never on the quote or talked about. I feel he was BSing me to cover the quote and also that he questioned my time vs his which was very clear on my security footage which I dont think he knew I had. The lower rating for quality was only because towards the end the work seemed sloppy and not as good as they started even though there was plenty of time remaining from the quote. This was my first time hiring someone for landscaping so my understanding of the quote might be off. I just felt that should pay for the time they did or they work for the quoted time. Overall they did a good job and addressed my concerns the best they could. I will consider using them again. I will just make sure its very clear how and for what I am getting charged.

Great job for first part. Now waiting for second part to be done. I would recommend them, but be prepared for a wait if it is a busy season for them.

I called and spoke with Brandon about getting a quote to have my tree removed. He and I set up a time for him to come by and look at the tree, I also told him that the tree was in front of my house and visible from the street so if he was able to he could stop by before our scheduled appointment. He was able to stop by and look at the tree before our scheduled appointment and provided me a quote via e-mail for the work and said he could have his crew take the tree as early and the next day in the afternoon. I responded to his e-mail quote telling him to go ahead with the removal of the tree and that I'd be home in the afternoon to provide him payment for the work. He called while they were taking down the tree to let me know they had started. I was stuck in traffic on my way back from Bellevue and we discussed whether the tree stump should be removed and that I'd be home in a hour or and hour and 15 minutes to provide him a check. He was really great about just billing me for the work as I wasn't home for 2 hours after we spoke due to traffic. When I got home I looked in my yard where the tree was and couldn't even tell that a tree had been there. The bark was put back where the workers had to walk on to get to the tree and all of the leaves and tree branches were cleared away. When I decided to have the tree removed I had called two other landscaping businesses in addition to LeapFrog Landscaping, I left a message for one which never called me back and the other business said they would drive by my house and look at the tree and provide me a quote, I never heard back from them either. I really appreciate the professionalism of this business to get back to people, even when the job is relatively mall like mine was. It was really a pleasure working with LeapFrog Landscaping, I will definitely call them again should I need any landscaping work done and will be recommending them to friends and family members.

Showed up on time to look at project then said he would have an estimate done in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went with no word from company. I contacted them and they said sorry 2 more days and we'll have it. 3 days later they said they had to come back and take more measurements. They never came back. Contacted them again and they said they would be there later that day. Guess what..... They never showed up. I've seen goods customer service and bad customer service. This place just plai, old doesn't have any.

LeapFrog Landscaping transformed my front & back yards into beautiful landscapes and I couldn't be happier with the results! Brandon and his crew removed an existing concrete pad with a large attached metal handrail, laid a new paver patio, installed a new irrigation system, power-washed my driveway, sidewalks, and front steps, and brought it all together to create an inviting outdoor space with new plants, shrubs, and trees. I did not have them install lighting at this time because of the overall cost of the project. I will call them in the future when I'm ready to move forward with lighting. The LeapFrog crew are respectful, friendly, and extremely hard-working guys. They take great care to protect your property and leave the work site clean and organized at the end of each day. I'm worked with many contractors over the years and the "end of day" cleanup by LeapFrog was the best I've ever seen. Brandon was concerned about my satisfaction at every stage of the project and did a great job of capturing my color, pattern, and plant preferences. I love the mix of rock they used in planting beds - my yard is a beautiful space now and has a natural Pacific NW feel. I highly recommend LeapFrog Landscaping! Job was done well as requested. Timely. No problems.

The project went very well. Brandon did the design, site preparation, and construction of a water feature with two sources, an antique pump and a brick overflow box for filtration. This water feature encircles a Red Fir stump carving so there was an added concern of mine to insure it's safety. There have been no problems whatsoever. The patio is constructed of pavers with many diagonal cuts for a circular design around the stump. Low voltage lighting used was strategically placed to have very good coverage without light pollution.

I would use them again and again... They were very professional. We will be hiring him for future projects. His time management was awesome. Plus it is always nice to see someone use equipment so proficient... Brandon please keep up the good work. Thank you again. Paula
