Daniel Huttmann is one of the most personable people you'd ever want to have working in your home -- truly, he's a very warm person and doesn't exude that and quot;creepyand quot; or and quot;fakeand quot; vibe that you get when working with some professionals in the field. His level of expertise and personal attention to detail were simply amazing. He and his co-worker were punctual both days they came to our home, demanding to take their shoes off every time they entered and exited my front door for materials and tools. After drilling holes in the ceiling and walls, they would make sure to clean up every last speck of drywall residue and take it with them. They were very quiet and extremely professional during the entire install. They are also very flexible, shifting their attention to other parts of the project while I darted off to the local lighting supply store to change out a sconce or get a different security light. (They were also sensitive to the fact that I was working from home during the project [needing a little quiet of my own] and had a cat and a dog that were running around loose in the house.)
Description of Work: This was red carpet service, beginning to end! Daniel Huttmann was punctual, professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and very clean. During a 2-day project, he ran 220 through my attic and outside to a junction box for our hot-tub; ran electric to an outside mount and installed a security light; ran electric through the attic to 3 different rooms in order to install 3 (switched) ceiling fans in those rooms; installed and upgraded 2-plug outlets to 4-plug outlets throughout my entire house; installed an outdoor GFI outlet for my front porch; installed recessed lighting fixtures for my kitchen and 3 bedrooms; installed sconce lighting in our master bedroom; and installed an incredible LED lighting system under my kitchen cabinetry, wired to a new switch. This was only phase one for our home; we will DEFINITELY be bringing him back for phase 2, which includes wiring for home entertainment systems and lighting for new closets, etc. We are also seriously considering having Huttmann Electric install ductless A/C-Heating units into one of our rooms. Dan also returned for an emergency call in September to run CAT5 cable from the router in my living room to a new outlet in my front office. While doing so, he spotted some issues with our cable junction that required attention, and fixed it within his given estimate.
