Everything was done quickly and on time.

The web site was very informative, allowing us to choose the door, window option, and opener, so when we met the salesman in our home, we already knew what we wanted. The material and installer arrived in a timely manner, and the work was done in a half day. We are very pleased with the results.

After looking on Angie's list for a garage door company, I called Hung Right doors. They sent a technician over and 4 hours later we had an operating door again. I would definitely use them again!

The appointment was made for the next day after calling. The service man came well within the 2 hour window for the call. He did the necessary work and answered my questions about the door.

We had a spring bust and needed both replaced. They came out quickly and replaced it fast. Although we were prepared to replace both, when we called they recommended replacing both. Great service!

I contacted Hung Right Doors and they could send someone that of day. I asked that the person sent out call me to explain the problem. He did, saying that a wire had to be replaced. The gentleman was able to replace the cord, and the door worked perfectly. I was very pleased that the repair was completed instantly without any problems. The gentleman was very professional, I appreciated that. I would definitely call on them again.

This was an overall excellent experience, beginning with a phone call to Alan at 8:24 a.m. which was immeidately answered. He offered to have someone open the garage door so I could get my car out, but declined the offer. Was given a 10a.m. 12noon window service time, but Bill arrived at 9:58 a.m. Bill was courteous, professional and very friendly. He gave me a quote for the service, which was exactly what I was charged, minus 10% for a senior. I would highly recommend Hung Right Doors. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish! Rollers on my garage door jumped their tracks late on a Friday afternoon, freezing the door in the open position. I left a message with Hung Right Doors, and even though the company is closed on weekends, the office manager called me on Saturday morning. Their outstanding technician (Bill) made a service call the following Monday and fixed the door so it could be closed manually until the replacement parts (including a new top panel for the door, which was bent) arrived. Even though it took an extra trip to get the job done because I changed my mind about the top panel, I wasn't charged for the additional call--and Bill was always pleasant and professional despite having to make the extra call. This is a great company to work with!

We were in need of a new garage door for our boathouse. Ron came out from Hung Right Doors, as scheduled. He measured the door and presented us with a pamphlet and estimate before he left the work site. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The bid was fair and competitive. We called that day to order our door and schedule our installation. When it was time for the installation, Dennis and Scott arrived early. Scott helped remove the old door, and unload the new door. He moved on to another job on the lake. Dennis remained and completed an expert installation of our new garage door. What a difference it has made to the appearance of our boathouse, and the door is so easy to use. It is a great product! We replaced a heavy steel door with a new insulated door. It is much lighter and runs on 8 steel wheels (instead of the 2 plastic wheels that were on the previous door that had been installed in the 1960's). Dennis worked efficiently and expertly. The installation is perfect! He cleaned up the site and hauled away the old door. We want to thank everyone at Hung Right Doors for their marvelous work and for making this project an easy, pleasant experience for us. We highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a new garage door. The experience will be stress-free and the results will enhance the beauty of your home!

Called to get an estimate to replace garage door openers and add sensors to doors. Bill came out that afternoon and walked me through what needed replacing and what could stay on the garage doors, that were original, on the 1979 home we had purchased Work was scheduled for the following week. It was done in a professional manner and I am very happy with cost and product. Would certainly use again when doors need replacing and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We found this company on Angies list, they had great reviews and they lived up to thier reputation. We recently became an owner of a Commercial Building with a garage on the property. The tenants called and said they were having trouble with the garage door, It wouldnt open all the way. I called Hung Right Doos and made an appointment for the next day, they came on time and actually fixed the door while they were there. These are old garage doors and one of the springs gave out after being Mickey Moused together for years. He recommended converting from an extension spring to a Torsion Spring so we could upgrad it in the future, as the tenantsuse these doors many times a day. So that is what we did. For now the door is working fine and will be safe for the tenant. We were very happy with whole process and will call on Hung Right Doors again.

I received a phone call the day after I sent an email inquiry. The estimate was performed the following day and I received multiple phone calls about the door, ordering process, when the door arrived, and scheduled installation. The phone is always answered and everyone is polite and helpful. The installed door looks wonderful.

Rep came out on time and reviewed the situation (old door broken and spring broken.) . Discussed an approach and price - when asked if we could save by replacing with a used door, he promptly called and located one. that made for a much lower price and the price he quoted was the price that was charged. Door and fixtures are better than the old do-it-yourself setup of the previous owner.

Bob arrived on time. Repaired one door opener that two other persons had failed to permanently fix. I called a few days later after noticing sunlight through a small gap at the edge of one door. Bob returned to further adjust the door bottom seal. Doors continue to operate just fine as of the date of this report. I would use Hung Right Doors again.

They are really good. They are a local company and I like that. They had a software where they were able to take pictures of my old garage door and they could show me new door options.

I had been having trouble with my garage door on and off for several years. Other companies said it just needed adjustment, but the adjustments didn't have the desired effect(letting the garage door open) for a very long time (month or 2). HRD came out and told me that the problem was water absorption in the wood which had warped the door and interfered with the operation of the electric eye. The owner could see I didn't want to pay for a new door and suggested 2 other alternatives and then explained the pros and cons of them. I ultimately decided to have the door installed. He helped me choose a door right for my situation ( not the most expensive). Thee was a delay in the delivery of the door from the manufacturer and HRD notified me right away and let me know how long it would be. When they installed the door, they did it quickly, expertly and cleaned up the mess. I was very happy with their services.

I called on a Friday and the job was completed the following Monday. The repairman was on time and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. He was very efficient, friendly, and knowageable. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem.

I needed to replace my garage door with something that would be weatherproof and lockable. I called Hung Right, and they sent someone to the house the next day to provide a quote, which was right in line with others I had received. They told me it would take a week to get the new door delivered, and that they would call back to schedule an installation date as soon as they received the new door. I ended up calling back before the door was even received, because I was going to be out of town, but needed the new door installed by a certain date. They moved their calendar around to accommodate my schedule, and installed the door with no problems, even though I wasn't home at the time. They did everything on budget and on time - very professional.

I had a 30 plus year old garage door spring break. Did some internet research on replacing the springs myself - but it was quickly clear that this can be dangerous, so I called Hung Right Doors. They had someone out to the house the next day for an estimate, and the repair was done the morning after that. I was surprised just how quickly they responded. The person who did the estimate was very knowledgeable. He easily could have "upsold" me to repace the 30 year old doors, and the 20 plus year old garage door openers. He actually convinced me not to replace either. Yes, they were old, but the wood in the garage doors was in really good shape, and he thought that the openers were operating just fine. That was truly impressive! He did show me where the bolts holding the doors together were pretty loose, but said that this would be taken care of as part of the service they would provide. The repair person was an expert at what he did. The installation of our garage doors so many years ago was not done all that well, and he repaired not only the springs, but also the original installation work. It was clear as I watched him replace the springs that I had made the right decision getting someone with the knowledge and the right tools. In addition to replacing the springs, he showed me how to maintain the doors and opener mechanisms so that they would last hopefully for another 30 years. It took him perhaps an hour and a half for the entire repair. Overall a very impressive company. Wish every service experience was the 5 star experience that this was!
