Description of Work: My septic alarm went off. Chris came out to inspect the problem, found the problem and had it fixed all in the same day within hours of my call. He was professional, honest and thorough. He answered all my questions while diligently working to fix the problem.

+ -1 moreSee the above paragraph for positive comments. We run a B&B here and want to keep all components in good shape and in compliance with all county standards. Chris and others at Howdys Doody have our full confidence to do that! P.S. Chris even made a trip back in the dark to replace a component that had broken during his initial service. Others might have made a temporary fox and returned another day, but Chris insisted on doing it immediately. Thanks, Chris!
Description of Work: Two separate visits: First was an inspection of our Glendon Biofilter Septic System. If you recognize that system name, you already know it is a high-tech system requiring special knowledge. Chris has that knowledge and I trust him with my Glendon system. The second visit was to inspect and pump out our conventional septic tank, which was also handled with professional care. I am leaving out the price because I am not comfortable mentioning that without Chris's permission, but I can say that both services were priced reasonably.
