+ 0 morePat had to jump through lots of extra design and permitting hoops while working on our historic home. He handled everything with professionalism and good humor.
Description of Work: We have used Pat Harbin's Harbin Construction for multiple projects to modernize our historic register home. Several years ago, Pat converted our old-fashioned shotgun carriage house into a double car garage while retaining the architectural integrity of the listed property. We were so pleased with the quality of the work and his professionalism, we continue to use his services whenever we need work done. He has replaced all the original energy-draining single pane windows in our two-story house with efficient double pane windows. He remodeled our dining room and upstairs bedroom adding insulation and much-needed closet space. He also replaced exterior doors. Pat's attention to detail and quality control was impressive! He takes justifiable pride in doing things RIGHT. We are fortunate to have found a contractor whose devotion to excellence is evident in everything he undertakes.

+ -1 moreOrganization would have been a big help! New equipment I thought I purchased but turned out to be used from another project.
Description of Work: Remodel of various rooms and bathrooms. Full HVAC system that had to be be replaced after 3 years due to in correct sizing where i burned not only the fans but came very close to burning down the house with charcoaled wood around furnace. The work became so far out of schedule that i had spouses or significant others of contractors working on the remodel.
