We are a real estate office located on the Westside of Olympia, WA in Thurston County that aims at providing excellent, boutique level customer care to those who are looking to buy or sell a home. We are open daily from 8:30-5:30 and on the weekends from 10-2. We will help you find your next home, sell your home, do a market analysis to see what your home is worth, help you with finding an income property, a place for your new business, and make sure that you feel comfortable throughout your buying or selling process.

It started out with a bang Jim Green came to us and priced our home and after we didn't get any responses and we lowered the price...no result. The worst part was no follow up and basically poor guidance regarding our initial pricing.
Description of Work: This is a real estate firm. The owner was our contact he did a poor job and I would not recommend them.

I am happy to respond. I listed this home in August of 2008 during a declining market. The price was established by the seller and myself for a 90 day period. After several meetings with the seller and lengthy discussions regarding the market, the seller was not interested in lowering the price. In fact, the price in the MLS system with my company was the same the entire time, never dropped. The home was listed two years following my listing with another local company for approx 100K less. That listing was on the market for almost a year and it did not sell at that price as well. I apologize if our communication styles did not match. It appears this listing was not as easy with other Realtors as it was also listed twice before my listing without a sale as well. I take heart to the fact that the seller feels I gave poor guidance. I try my hardest to provide the utmost quality service to my clients. I grew up in this community.

After my father passed away, we were trying to get the appraisals for probating the estate and he was recommended to me by another gentleman who gave me an appraisal for a property at Mason County. Greene Realty Group came out, he was very professional, he was sympathetic to my situation, he clearly understood what it was I was looking for, he wasn't giving me a lot of bells and whistles and given the market, I thought he was very realistic in his approach to what we would have to do to sell the property. He was prompt in getting there on time and meeting me because I have to drive a distance to get there so it was an overall good experience.
