 + 4 moreLuckily I paid with a card which allowed me to dispute it. It took several phone calls to even learn of their funky policy. I'm sure if you wanted dirt or something simple, they are fine to work with, but never pay for anything in advance. I will say that the product deliveries went just fine in terms of being on time (A for Punctuality) , but the way they dealt with their error and refund has resulted in my decision to never do business with again.
Description of Work: Promissed rock of a certain size to work for my project, then delivered something that wasn't despite a careful description of what I needed. They attempted to correct and while the fix was acceptable, there was a pending order for fill dirt placed via phone and I was clear that I may not ultimately need and would confirm well in advance of the arranged delivery time. Dirt was canceled, but come to find out, they do not offer refunds of any kind. Instead an "in-store credit" was offered. In other words, I paid in advance for a load of dirt and once it's paid, they do not issue any refunds.
