Description of Work: Mike did a great job cleaning my oriental rug. He explained their process and ensured I fully understood it. Would utilize their services again.

Description of Work: We called and talked to Michael about the $399 special and other services they could perform. Michael advised that he'd be on holiday on the date selected and would send his son Hunter. While Hunter did show up he had to reschedule an hour later to finish another job. He came back about an hour and half later and this was on a Friday late afternoon. He did all the areas asked but the carpets were very wet and not as clean as he indicated they'd be. We asked him to go over several area again and they can out better. It took almost two days for the carpet to be dry. We believe that Hunter "rushed' the job because it was a Friday and he wanted to get home. He was also unaware of the special that was quoted and unaware of the Angie price. We worked it out but we should have waited for Michael to return.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet on our stairway and in a large master bedroom area and then applied a carpet protectant solution. They were quick but pricier than I expected. I did not get an estimate from them ahead of time, however, which was my mistake.

Description of Work: I needed some serious traffic area cleaning in the living room, hall, and bedroom. He spot-cleaned the worst spots and sprayed the lighter areas, then steam-cleaned with truck-mounted equipment and vacuumed, also with truck-mounted equipment. The equipment he used appeared to be high-powered, and spots disappeared before my eyes; the carpets were almost dry before he left, and were completely dry in 2 days.

Description of Work: He picked up, cleaned and delivered our Persian floor rug. When I called for service, Michael was out of town getting further training on textile cleaning and repair. Since our rug was purchased overseas, Michael (as certified master textile cleaner) insisted on cleaning and inspecting the rug himself. This is why the cleaning took 3 weeks when normally he has only a few days turn around.
