It went great. Dreamscapes has joined business with Cody Morris, who does logging, arborist services, land clearing, any kind of tree work, etc. Cody was prompt, friendly, and professional. The work was accomplished with astonishing speed. They showed up when they said they would and worked their tails off. One never knows how things will look after a job like this (dozens of trees and stumps taken out--it was forested and is now cleared and flat) and when I had questions or concerns Cody was quick to educate me or change the plan just a bit to accommodate. I truly enjoyed working with Cody and would--and will--hire him again in a heartbeat. My only tiny struggle (why they got a B on price) was that we expected more out of the logs/lumber. Not really his fault, but better estimates would take this business to the next level, making it easier to plan. We are so happy we found Cody and Dreamscapes. Thank you!

I have no idea why Jacob decided not to pursue this job but he basically "led me on" and then never submitted a revised bid and never communicated again!. After a preliminary plan, we suggested some modifications and never heard back. Unfortunate because I liked Jacob. Previous reviews on Angie's list suggest similar problems. His response was he doesn't do Angie's list! However, customers do and we care about wasting our time with a business. The work was not outside the scope of their capabilities. I assume that we didn't need as much hardscaping as they wanted to do. We found a great replacement.

I can't say how the job went because they never responded back to us so we didn't hire.
