Description of Work: I used Cosmetic Construction because I had a problem with my garage where the sills had rotted away. They actually raised up one half of the garage and put in new sills. They also carpeted one room and put in a downspout.

 + 2 moreWas great. I was originally told that they would not get to it until later. However their schedule freed up and they were done in very good time. You should know that this is a two man team (owner and helper). If your job is not in a time chrunch and they can match your schedule you can save big money.
Description of Work: Laminate flooring was put in an entire floor where carpet had been. Cosmetic Construction beat the price of two local stores (Olympia area) by $1000. They were also even less expensive than than the nationwide chain that advertises "installed next day" on TV, even with their "free installation" promotion. Price included removing the floor molding, removing and disposing of the old carpet, applying KILZ odor suppressing paint on the floor, supplying the laminate and pad, installing it and re-installing the floor molding. They even did touch up painting above the floor molding as the floor height with the laminate is lower than with carpet. Great value. This outfit also does minor remodeling such as sheet rock, painting, decks, and other finish work. This company also did "spruce up" work previously at this house (interior painting, woodwork re-staining, etc.). I have also previously used this company to install laminate in my new mobile home.
