Exellent job. Roger demonstrated the different zone coverage and all areas with head to head system. Had considered doing this myself,but glad I didn't. I wouldn't have thought to have set it up the way they did, much better.

The owner of this business did a good job the first time I hired him in 2018. I called him in April 2019 to clean up the blackberry bushes, trim some trees and clean up the side yard. He said he would be out at a certain time but text me to say his supplies were in Seattle, and he would not be able to come by. When he finally came by he and his son sprayed the blackberry bushes real fast and left (I knew he would have to let it soak in) I was at work when he came by to clean up the black berry bushes (This was expected). What I was disappointed about was the work on the trees and yard was not done completely. I had paid him with 2 checks for two jobs to be done at the same time (clean up blackberries and clean up trees and yard) when he came out to spray the blackberry bushes since I would not be home when he came back. He cashed the checks, but he did not come back to finish the job, so I trimmed the trees a little to make sure they were not in the next yard. When I needed a person to clean up the yard recently he called but acted like he did not remember who I was.

The temperature was dropping quickly I needed my sprinkler system winterized. They came quickly and did the work well and offered free advice about some other garden projects I was considering.

Professional courteous service. If you want it done right, call Roger. They go above and beyond. Heck, they even captured the neighbor's runaway dog who ran into traffic, getting him home safely.

My backyard was in need of new grass after having concrete pavers installed around the perimeter. Roger and his son did a fabulous job of digging down and removing the dead grass/weeds, bringing in topsoil and placing the sod. They even figured out the problem with my sprinkler system which was crucial for the yard! Great job!!

Roger is honest, prompt, and professional. I hired his company to rip out debris, and lay down a new barrier and bark. He also cut down a few low hanging limbs at no extra cost. He discussed the project with me in detail to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. I would gladly hire him again for any of my landscaping needs.

They did a fabulous job removing old dead grass, adding new soil and the fresh sod on top of the new base. The sod looked green and lush when put down. It stayed green and beautiful. Work was done exactly when scheduled and clean-up was thorough. Fine job.

We are working a plan to get my lawn back looking good. Roger is very friendly and has explained what has to be done. I look forward to have them make my lawn beautiful again.

Hired them to fix a home sprinkler problem. Roger was running a little late from the time he was supposed to be at my home but when he got there he apologized and seemed to be a pretty good guy. From what I experienced he is pretty knowledgeable about in ground sprinklers. I think the price was more than reasonable and my problem was fixed. One minor issue after he left with a sprinkler not dispersing water like it should have but he gave me idea on what it could be and said if the problem persisted he would be back out to fix it. I would hire him again

He is honest. That puts him a head and shoulders above most.

By the Yard Landscaping Co. employee's are quality people and do a great job. Owner Roger Hulsey is fair and friendly to work with. I am going to use him again. This was a resod job.

I would recommend him to anyone!
