The tech came out for the flushing and showed me where my heaters element was bad and corroded. He wrote me a quote for $2550 for a water heater replacement. This seemed kind of high but I haven't paid for a heater replacement in 30 years so I said sure. They did not give me an itemized quote or receipt so I'm not sure where they came up with that number. I called to ask about it and the connected me to the tech again. Long story short is that the job was done well and it was done fast (one hour).

this visit went perfect, he was very courteous and was very attentive of all my questions. He quickly found the issue and fixed it. this was part of the warranty, therefore, I did not have to pay anything. I will definitively recommend him and the company he represents, Black Hills, Inc.

my system was left dirty, low on refrigerant and we experienced a catastrophic melt down of our system and a house full of smoke at 3 30 in the morning. the tech even listed that he washed our reusable filter. that was not true, enclosed is a picture of the pieced together filter he actually put in it's place, in front of the dirty coil. the entire system now has to be replaced in the amount of $9000.00 Most of our system was only 4 years old.

It went very well. Frankie replaced the filter , which was the ony item that was wet. It checked the unit to make sure it was safe to turn back on. Great service!

Very well. Jacob explain the conditions for the furnace and the service that he had done. The water tank needed to be change. We were a bit undecided if we wanted to change the water tank at the moment or later, and Jacob explained the ups and downs to help us with the decision. He was very helpful and professional.
