Description of Work: This is the only company we spoke to. salesman was very personable and such a nice guy didn't want to even contact other companies . In fact we thought so highly of this company our son in Tacoma hired them to put in a new furnace for their home.

Description of Work: A year ago they installed a heat pump in my house. Took about 2 hours, all told. At an additional cost for me their master electrician replaced my main electric panel (which was about 40 years old, in order to wire in the circuit for the pump. |I signed up for a maintainance contract, which means they come out every six months to clean and check how the unit is doing. They are always on time, wear slippers over their shoes when in the house, and are professional and polite. The equipment they supply has run flawlessly. |Can't praise them enough.

They took a great deal of time providing me the information to make the best decision for my needs. The work performed was done quickly and in a very professional manner. They also made attractive financing available. Their bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest but I would definitely recommend their services and use them in the future.

Description of Work: I hired Black Hills for a furnace inspection and cleaning. The furnace is |about 40 years old and had not been cleaned in about 5. The tech was |on time ,explained what he was going to do, and got to work. He showed me pieces that he cleaned, and advised about one piece that needed to be replaced. He priced the part, explained why he adviced replacing the part and with my authorization he did so. The tech was very professional, clean, |and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to others.
