Description of Work: Follow-up signature service to maintain heat-pump system they installed a few years ago. Black Hills is committed to long-term service and quality, and have consistently demonstrated high professionalism and pro-activeness to live up to the agreement. The original installation was top-notch and we have had no problems. The recent 6-month check-up was thorough and comprehensive. I am very confident with the system we have knowing Black Hills is the provider.

Description of Work: I have a maintenance agreement (that we renew annually) with Black Hills and have been happy with their services for years. I trust their recommendations. There were some hiccups with the installation of a heat pump several years ago and Black Hills worked diligently until they were resolved.

Description of Work: Black Hills staff removed the existing forced air electric furnace and installed a new heat pump system. There was one very minor item noticed at the final inspection which was promptly corrected by Black Hills.

Description of Work: Annual service and clean up. Member has a yearly contract at a monthly rate of 27.00

Description of Work: Romoved older style air sanitizer and installed a new AirScrubber air sanitizer. Checked out the heating/air conditioner system and repaired a leaking feed pipe to the water heater that they had installed last year.

Description of Work: My heat pump was low on freon as I suspected. The techician added 2 pounds |of freon & my unit is working like new. I could not be more pleased.

My only problem with the service is that the technician came in at least 4 times to try to sell me on a service contract. I felt it was high pressure sales and not appropriate

Description of Work: They replaced an aging furnace with a high-efficiency 'hybrid' system consisting of a heat pump & gas furnace. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. On day one of the installation, the owner Mike Kirchmeier personally stopped by to ensure that the job was progressing on schedule and that we were happy with his team's work. The job took two days and when they were done they meticulously cleaned up, walked us through the operation of the new system and then followed up a couple days later to see if we had any questions or concerns. It was a very good experience overall and we would highly recommend them.
