They found problem. Fixed in very timely manner. Diagnostic thorough and explained efficiently. As always, professional and courteous.

Agent was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. Black Hills provides superbly excellent and highly professional technicians who provide top rate furnace and heat pump servicing and repairs! Always on time and provide detailed onsite explanations of system status and repairs before undertaken. Front Office communications are excellent and include reminders of upcoming maintenance visits, a call 1-2 days before the visit, and a call 30 minutes before arrival of the technician. Also included is a text with the name and photo of the technician who will be performing the work. I have done business with Black Hills for nearly 10 years between two homes, and I couldn t more strongly recommend Black Hills for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Not a good start but the installer completed the job. Cancelled the return visit to trim up the furnace in the wall opening as he was supposed to arrive. My time should be more valuable than a last minute change when I already arranged my schedule to be home. I would hire again as the company does take care of it's customers in the end

Much better. Greg is a professional, and knows his job well. Easy to work with, and he made every effort to correct previous mistakes, and to ensure the installation will pass Labor & Industries permit inspection. I will call Black Hills for future work as we need it. They've replaced the wrong equipment installed by one of their now former installers, and have made every effort to make things right.

CJ was on time, very friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me . Every person that has come out from Blackhills have been very professional and friendly.

Temp repair done at no cost! New heat pump system will be installed next Monday with 12 months free financing. Tyler was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. They also have excellent maintenance programs! Will always use this company in the future!

Black Hills does an excellent job. From scheduling through servicing they were very professional. Appointment was a week out when scheduled, I received a text when tech was on the way and Dan arrived exactly on time. He completed the service quickly, but without hurrying. Filter replacement was included in the cost.

Tyler, explained in detail what he was going to do during his troubleshooting process before he started, and he explained what the potential costs could be. While observing him, it was obvious that he was quite skilled, and didn’t take long to determine the root cause of the problem. Good. He fixed some stuff that wasn't to code. Friendly....but maybe toooo friendly and a little touchy feely. Gotta be aware that being too close and touching can be misinterpreted and may not always be appreciated or accepted.

The Black Hills rep was about as good a technician and personality as anyone can expect. This is an outstanding company.

This company has been amazing, last week they came to do a maintenance check on My 4 heat pumps that they had installed last October 2018. Their service is the best, every step in the process I very well taken care, starting with the secretary who receives or makes the call. They are all very personal and accommodating It does not get better than this I will hire and recommend them without any hesitation

I thought we just needed the wires reconnected as one looked broken. Instead, the pump had failed completely. Pump was replaced and installed more properly than the initial installation. Good work, prompt arrival.
