Aarron was super knowledgeable and honest with expectations for what they could do and what it would take to get to the desired end result, also super fair priced some of the other companies offering the same products and expectations where quoting 2-3x the cost. The crew did an absolutely phenomenal job, they were super friendly and approachable for questions while maintaining excellent professionalism, and the end result surpassed our expectations by leaps and bounds even with some of the different and potentially difficult requirements with our house being as old as it is (1957). They were replacing our old deck and we feel like this new deck looks amazing and the style and materials matches our house PERFECTLY!!!

The deck is beautiful and very sturdy and they were done within 3 weeks and the workers were great. There were a few hiccups, which Aaron took care of and we are very thankful for. He also gave us a military discount and other discounts for which we are appreciative of. Things we learned are to make sure you see on the bid what color your deck will be if you use composite Trex decking. And my only disappointment in this process are the stairs - they are sound construction wise but are very narrow - we had to lift a chair above the rails to walk on the stairs with it. We were told that to make them wider that they had to take 8 inches off the deck or make them narrower and my husband didn't want to lose deck space so agreed but for the money we spent on this deck I don't know why they couldn't have used the space (opposite the deck) into the yard to make them wider. I would recommend this company to others just make sure you have colors and dimensions listed on the bid.

Quote and actual cost was half of other quotes. Our old deck was over 25 years old. We had rotting wood and the entire structure was taken down. The new deck was built from the ground up. I was really impressed with how strong the structure supporting the deck was built. We chose Trex decking and are very pleased. The workers were very efficient and quick. Aaron was always available to responded to all my questions. Best decision ever to go with Black Diamond Construction. We really appreciated the military discount and the professionalism of the team. The clean up after the project was perfect.

The guys that were sent over to do the work were amazing. Just two of them did all the demolition and building of the new deck. Aaron, the project manager showed up every now and then making sure everything was OK and seeing if we had any questions. Would definitely hire them again for a project of this magnitude. Period.

Black Diamond was able to schedule and complete construction of our new deck within a few weeks of hiring them. Weâ ve been very pleased with the quality of the build and the overall deck.

We spent a lot of time researching new composite decks and needed to replace both our upper and lower decks. Aaron came out promptly and gave us a very complete estimate; his was not the highest or the lowest quote we had but due to his professionalism we hired him. Luckily he had an opening and we had our old decks torn down and replaced within a 2 week time frame. The work crew was great and they always cleaned up after themselves. I really like both of our decks and would highly recommend Aaron and his team for whatever projects you have.

Black Diamond Construction was better than.I expected. The deck and the fence are exactly to my requests and we are pleased beyond words. The price was very competitive, the crew was always respectful and end result, fantastic. A wise choice if you are needing a new deck.

We hired Black Diamond Construction to replace our back porch and deck. Aaron came out very pleasant, listen to want we wanted offered advice. Send us a bid. Bid was with in others bids. We chose BDC because we were comfortable with Aaron . They started on Thursday and the job was completed the following Monday. Saul and Rob were the two worker assigned . They are extremely talented in their craft. Cleaned up everything every day. We are so happy with the end result. We have found our go to company anytime we need something done.

Aaron and his crew were amazing! We had a huge decking project on Puget Sound around and between our house and garage replacing existing cantilevered and rotting out 40 year decking. I was impressed with Aaron from his first visit. He and most of his crew are veterans from the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, my Dad and husband were also vets and hiring them was appealing to us after first seeing their reviews, bid and can-do attitude. There were some challenges and redos throughout the project but Aaron and Rob and the guys were easy to work with, respectful, highly competent and able to give us the dream deck they promised. My requests were always met with both respect and action to accommodate or valid reasons why things were the way they were. Aaron worked with us on our timing and the guys were quick, talented and all around nice guys. We love our new decking and would recommend Black Diamond very highly.

We have a beautiful deck as a result of Aaron and his amazing team. We’re enjoying being outdoors more and the new deck has inspired us to work on other areas of our backyard. Aaron and his team were amazing to work with. They are friendly, personable, and showed care for what we cared about. Their availability for questions and communication were excellent.
