I was referred to them by another locksmith that didn't have the capability to do the work. I call ahead the they said they thought they had the correct key but my year of car had 2 possibilities. I'd need to stop in to make sure they had the correct one. They quoted a per key cost and a programming fee for all keys. I stopped by half an hour later and they check my key and they were able to make 2 keys for my car. It took about 10 minutes to make the keys and program them in my car. They also explained how many keys my car can have total and that I would have to have all 3 keys to add more later due to how my car is setup. It was quick, they knew what they were doing and the new keys worked first time, just fine.

The original strike plate was replaced. Replacement did not work properly and was replaced w/ new equipment.

So far, they are wonderful on this ongoing project. Unlike many other companies recently, this firm returned my call and the person I spoke with was absolutely professional. I thanked him for returning my call. He has been great so far; we are waiting to see how it all turns out.
