+ -1 moreI did not end up hiring this company because their quote was quite a bit higher than the company I selected. I did really like Steve who came out and looked at the job. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer a lot of questions I had about a new system. He was an installer and not a salesman. I would certainly consider them for future work.

+ -1 moreDuring the summer when we don't need the furnace is when they come work on it but they never find anything wrong, it's a new furnace we shouldn't have anything wrong with it. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable company.
Description of Work: I used Air Handler, Inc for heating and A/C service. They came and did a service on our furnace and heat pump. We are on an annual program with them. Fee includes annual cleaning and filters.

+ -1 moreWe own a Restaurant Building in Tumwater and needed to replace the roof. The HVAC system needed to be removed from the roof during this process and was about 20 years old. The roofer works with Air Handlers for this type of work, so we got a bid from them for a new system. They were very prompt with the bid and work as well. The roofer and Air Handlers coordinated the work to be done and it worked out seamlessly. They were very easy to work with and did a very professional job.
Description of Work: We own a Restaurant building in Tumwater and while doing other updating including a new roof, our roofer recommended Air Handlers. We had them remove and replace the HVAC system during the roofing process. They were exceptional in providing a bid to fit our unique circumstances. All work was done in a fast professional and very competent manner. We have been involved in the the Real Estate business for over 30 years, have worked with countless contractors and would rate Air Handlers at the top of the list.
