It went exactly as promised. Aaron came out for a quote when he said he would. After comparing his quot to others, it was the second to lowest. When we settled on a date, his crew showed up right when he said they would, and they finished a day earlier than expected. They did a great job cleaning up the site, and the roof looks great. There was damage to the roof decking, and Aaron's crew told us exactly how much material would be needed and what the costs would be before starting. Their estimates were spot-on, and the price came in within the range of Aaron's original quote. They subcontract the gutters. The company that came out is also local. They were similarly punctual, arriving the day they said they would, and completing the gutter installation in even less time than quoted. I have another roofing job that needs to be done in the next year or so, and I won't hesitate to call Aaron back.

Excellent. This was for the house next door to us that we own. We’ve use Aaron Carter before. It went extremely well and smooth. I came home, there was a new roof on the house (that’s how it seemed to me, anyway). Okay, so the estimate was well-written and explained what they would be doing. See attached pic for details. Aaron sent us a bill. It wasn’t much more than the estimate. Boom. Done.

Called for an estimate. Said he would call and send someone to give estimate when roof was dry. This was over a month ago. Since then we have had at least 15 days without rain and still he has not called or sent someone over.

Aaron was great! We just needed a small entry hole under our soffit covered where squirrels were getting into our attic. We called several people and they wanted hundreds of dollars for 15 minutes work. Aaron had done a great job on our roof a few years ago so I tried him. He said he always tried to keep his former customers happy and fixed it the next day. Only charged 50 bucks.

I was told I needed a new roof immediately by 2 other roofing companies. Aaron's opinion was that I could make repairs and replace the roof in 3-5 years. The work was completed quickly and professionally. The bill was $300 below estimate, even after I requested that they clean off the moss as part of the work. I couldn't be happier and will hire Aaron to replace my roof in a few years.

It took a while for the roof to be completed because the company was very busy. At first I was not kept informed of when the work would be done. But as soon as I asked to be kept updated, Aaron called me frequently to let me know the progress of the project. And the roof is beautiful. The workers were professional and left a clean work site when they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend hiring Aaron Carter Construction.

I bought a roof inspection and repair package for $391. Aaron Carter construction agreed to fix several broken shingles and calk any nails and questionable areas. They fixed one broken shingle and then tryed to sell me a $7000 new roof. I will never do business with Carter Construction again.

Aaron Carter Construction came highly recommended, but after calling multiple times and leaving messages, no one bothered to return my call.

Replaced all, except was unable to install counter flashing on lower roof because stones on chimney had been set too low. Aaron was great about scheduling, and follow up. His crew was very professional.

Completed inspection in a timely manner.

Very Happy with the work- had a leak and they guys fixed it in one visit. They also called the next day after it rained to make sure the fix worked- Will definitely make these guys my first call next time I have roofing issues.

They did a great job. Expertly done, Timely after they started, Professional behavior, Thorough, and gave me a Competitive Bid. Didn't mind that we're not the typical - we have ducks and geese and dogs (one of the competitors of sneered at that). When they were working, they did find a bit of extra work that was needed - which he had both forewarned me of and the possible cost, if that came up (which it did, and I knew it would, as my 2 other bids thought it was possible, also). Not the highest by far, not the lowest - you get what you pay for, and I think I got a good deal, as good as the high end, but less costly, and with a kind and professional attitude. The only problem was that, as I had chosen 3 'A' grade contractors to get bids from, and he as one - he was so busy that it took longer to get to the job than I had wanted, not as quick as I had wanted, but at the time he had initially said it would be - he was honest about it. He explained my options, answered lots of questions over different phone calls, and remained patient (after all, it was a substantial job). I couldn't ask for better. Top notch, all the way.

A lot of time was spent cleaning the roof, as it had a heavy load of fir needles, also all the gutters were cleaned out. There were needles and debris carpeting the decks and sidewalk which the guys cleaned before leaving. They did a great job.

Called, set up time to come. Showed up promptly and got job done, was happy with service and would contact them again is I nee more work done.

The time of year the work was done is very busy for roofers so I was really glad they could fit my little job into their busy schedule. Everyone else I contacted either did not have the time or provided a bid that was far to much for such a small job. We had a big rainstorm, in fact a lot of rain since the repair and NO leaks!

Inspection went well. The inspector arrived on time and appeared to do a thorough assessment of the roof condition. Upon completion, he advised the roof was in pretty good shape, but could use some minor fixes which he explained in detail. I requested a written report with an estimate of the cost of the "minor fixes". I'm still waiting for the written report and estimate.

Went OK, but miscommunication on date of service. Estimates for repairs were pretty high.

Found all the roof weakness' and provided cost to make repairs.

They came out and the estimator was here, spoke with my husband. He was to get back with us but we have never heard back from them again. As a consumer we value our time and that it is very important that the company respects that. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Our first impression was not good.

Very professional. He gave me a fair assessment of my roof repairs. Aaron was honest, and told me I had another 20 years left on my roof after another provider had told me I needed it replaced.

The service provider was very punctual. They arrived at my property on time. The cleaned out the gutters of all the pine needles and other things and fixed some of my flashings. The provider was very professional and very nice. The job was very quick. The only thing is the price I thought $349 was a bit much for the little job,other than that I was pleased. Thank you...
