Professionalism all around. Very courteous men as was Aaron.Aaron did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. We would recommend him highly.

Aaron said that they would caulk the sunlight, check for any damage areas, put on some missing flashing pieces, and patch up some damaged shingles. As far as we can tell from ground level, it was done as promised.

If you're looking for roofing in the South Sound then be sure you get a bid from Aaron Carter. His bid was far lower than two other contractors (both listed on Angie's). Working with him was a pleasure. Professional from the get-go. Probably the most amazing part of the process was the speed at which he got the job done. I drove away to work last Thursday and by the time i got home my entire roof had been removed and re-roofed all in one day! The crew was just finishing up as night fell and they loaded their tools in the dark. Aaron came around a personally did an inspection and clean-up. My roof is a huge gambrel (barn) shape and has very steep pitched sides. The other roofers estimated it would take 3 days to complete the job. Aaron also checked a gutter problem I had and replaced a chimney cap that I could never reach. Talk about service! I jokingly told him it seemed too easy. i was prepared for all types of delays or issues and am still amazed at the efficiency with which they worked. Now i can sit back and have no worries as we anticipate those torrential Spring rains on the way this week! Picking Aaron to do my roof was a slam dunk. Hope your project goes as well.

The roof was cleaned and inspected for possible repair needs--none were found. The home has a metal roof and we did not want to go up and clean it so we were happy with the service Aaron Carter Construction provided.

tIt went very well. The crew arrived on time, tore off the old roofing after laying down tarps to catch the debris. They swept off the roof and attached the felted tar paper and then the shingles. One area needed new sheathing and they removed the old sheathing and put down the new. They were professional and yet friendly.

The owner Aaron Carter contacted us directly. He was very upfront and honest dealing with the cost. It was very nice working with him. He was very helpful in showing how everything was going to work and trying to come to a deal.

They did what they could at the time and recommended that I call a chimney specialist.

It went really well even with the surprises.

Initial inspection revealed problem areas and Mr. Carter offered suggestions and options so that appropriate decisions could be made. Although busy with other jobs Mr. Carter worked my job in quickly to meet my schedule and availability. Work was completed on schedule and was excellent. Great communication throughout the entire process.

Mr. Carter was professional, thorough and patient with me as we explored the options for the roof insulation and how the project would proceed. Although his bid was not the lowest I received for this project, I felt more confidant about his ability and his integrity than the others. He kept me informed about the progress of the work as it went along and there were no surprises. One of the workmen worked until after dark to ensure I had a secure roof before the arrival of an impending rain storm. I was especially pleased with the way he designed the slope of the roof to encourage drainage. Having a flat roof with several trees nearby has created a huge challenge to ensuring that the water drains properly and I anticipate that the ponding will be reduced with this new roof. During the January snow and icestorm, some weeks later, more than 16 inches of snow accumulated in my yard so I had a similar load on my roof. There were no problems and I was glad to have the new insulation when the power was out. I was very pleasantly surprised when Aaron telephoned me on the day of the storm to ask if I needed any help with the roof. The roof on the other duplex unit and the carport roof will need to be replaced in a few years and I will use Aaron Carter Construction again.

I made my initial purchase online, Angie's Big Deal, then contacted the contractor. Within a week I had finalized the color and date for the installation. The new roof improved the appearance of the house 100%, with a medium brown shingle that adds a wonderful texture to the roof line. I was impressed with the professionalism of the representative who closed the deal and then the workers who installed the roofing. Once they were done there was no sign of their work other than the new roof itself. Great job!

I contacted them via email and had them come inspect the roof and provide an estimate which they did very promptly. I reviewed and signed the contract via email. They selected appropriate dry warm days to apply both coatings and kept me informed by email and phone of their work. They were very easy to work with and to communicate with by phone and email. They provided very professional service. A job well done.

They did what they said they would do but they had problems with communication and they did not get the work done for about 2 months. They came very quickly, which is good; but I am a little leery because they seem to so against a concrete tile roof and I don't know if they just want to replace the roof or if there is a reason to it. They have been very responsive and I will use them again in the future.

We experienced several leaks with the previous roof (a "30-year roof" installed just 16 years ago) and did occasional patches on our own, but finally gave up and called Aaron and two other companies for estimates (based on Angie's List information). All three companies were responsive and suggested similar solutions at comparable prices (ranging from $3800-5300 including tax). As my husband says, "it came down to a popularity contest" in choosing Aaron ... as he seemed the most engaged in listening to our concerns and appeared to be above-board in dealing with employees, permits, etc. His estimate was clear and detailed, and his bid was in the middle of the range of estimates. The install day went fine, the 5-6 employees showed up on time and were industrious, and Aaron came by several times to check on progress. One journeyman employee was very new to the company; other employees worked with him and with a new "helper" to get them up to speed on techniques/procedures. Aaron had said he would come back to do a final inspection, but before that (about a week later), we called him after finding some minor areas of concern (3 exposed nailheads and poor workmanship on part of the fireplace flashing). He came out the very next day, inspected the complete job, and immediately arranged to make the fixes. All is well now, we have a 10-year craftsmanship warranty, and a "lifetime" warranty on the Gal/Elk roofing materials.

The job went well. He did a good job, he didn?t go over cost, and he was able to do it immediately. It was a simple job but he did it well.

The price seemed good. They are very responsive. They keep in touch well. They came highly recommended to me. They are very professional, and thorough.

The estimate was very accurate, the job was done in 3 days, and they cleaned the job site (including the gutters) of all roofing debris. I waited until the first hard rain to write this review, to see if there were any leaks, so far, no leaks. I would be very happy to work with this company again, and will recommend it to my friends. My only complaint, and it is a very small one is that there were numerous cigarette butts to pick up. I imagine this would be a problem with many other roofing companies, though.
