+ 0 moreNever returned call for estimate. This comes across as very unprofessional, and unfortunately means I will not pursue this company's services. A simple "I'm sorry, we are booked for the time being" would have kept this provider on my call back list for future work.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful! The guys showed up on time, as scheduled. There was no dilly dallying. The crew worked hard, and efficiently so as to finish the job in only a few days time. At times when it was necessary to talk with the crew, I found them to be both professional and understanding. When the job was finished, the owner even took it upon himself, to come out and do one last look over. The owner found a few things that I certainly never would have noticed, brought them to my attention, and sent out his crew an additional time to finish the job to a much higher standard. When all was said and done, our house looked so good, that many of the neighbors came out to see and ask who did such an awesome job! It feels good to know my house looks nice enough to be proud of. Thank you "A Personal Touch!"

+ -1 moreThe estimator came as scheduled. He surveyed our home and we had a conversation of what needed to be done. When he left our residence, he said that he would go back to the office and put something together. He mentioned that I should hear something from him the next week. I never heard anything from him again. Not through email, phone, face-to-face or a letter in the mail.
Description of Work: There was no services performed because the estimator who came out to our home never gave me an estimate.

Description of Work: I placed a call to this company for an estimate and left a message. It took over two weeks for my phone call to be returned, then two more weeks before someone came out. Almost a month past before anyone would return my calls about how much the estimate was (which was very high). I decided not to pursue business with this company.

Description of Work: These guys were great. The price was very fair (we had 3 interior rooms painted in about 6 different colors). The prep work was amazingly tidy and detailed; all of our furnishings were protected; and the final coat of paint was exactly what we were looking for. They also took on the additional project of rebuilding our chimney-box on top of the house -- undoing a bad job by the previous owner -- which also turned out spectacular. And they also rebuilt a crawlspace access door for me (squirrels had chewed away at the edges, getting under the house). The only "problem" I had was when they tried to unmount a mirror in one of our bathrooms during the painting process and broke the mirror when trying to move it. I say "problem" because he found an identical replacement a day later and brought it over and remounted it perfectly. The crew themselves were very friendly. Conrad works his crew hard; but he takes good care of them as well.

Description of Work: Their first response was good. They made an appointment and kept it on time. Then I did not here from them again so I called again to get the estimate to paint the entire inside of my Mobile.They returned my call with the estimate and said they would get back to me for the date they could do it. However that was a week ago and I have not heard from them so will contact some one else. Please cancel my membership as I do not have any use for your services as all I need is painting done and I shall have to go to the outside for a contractor. Thank you. Shirley Lacy

+ -1 moreConrad was very personable and easy going. He was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate my need for painting to be done immediately (within 2-3 days of estimate). On day of he bought a crew of 2 plus himself, then he left for a couple hours to handle another job, which was fine by me. The others continued to work, taking only 1-2 small breaks. Again not a problem with me. They completed the job in about 3 hours. After the job was completed, Conrad walked through the house with me and explained where they could not reach with paint. And gave me some pointers on where I shoud reseal some cabinetry and baseboards.
Description of Work: Interior painting: Kitchen from a dark marooon to a beautiful tan color, added a coat to dining room - removing white striping previous owners had. New coat of tan to living room.

Description of Work: They painted most of the interior of my house, except for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Several VERY high vaulted ceilings and quite a bit of touch-up work.

+ 1 moreConrad and his team came when they said they would, did the job within the two days that they said they would, were cheerful, professional and cleaned up the entire work area, including vacuuming. If you are looking for a small company who give good value for money, this is your company. I am very pleased with the overall results.
Description of Work: Conrad and his team repaired areasof drywall throughout the interior of our house, installed a fan in one of the bathrooms and painted the entire interior of the house, which has cathedral ceilings, in 2 days!

Description of Work: Conrad, the owner, returned my call and arrived timely to give me an estimate for painting the living room and master bedroom. Both have vaulted ceilings. He gave me an estimate for each room and specified the work to be done besides painting with two coats: removing the drapes, filling holes, taping and protecting the floor. His crew of 3 painters arrived timely in the morning and were finished in 5 hours. Conrad checked the job later in the day and found small areas (holidays) that needed touch-up. He called the lead painter who returned within two hours and finished. I was impressed by the courteousness of the crew and the care they took. Conrad was very responsive to questions and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied, which I was.
