The crew didn't waste any time getting started. They worked well together, dealt with the obstacles in the yard with ease, and clean up was amazing. Great job.

Too expensive, would not hire for that reason. No work done.

Archon is always very professional, we have used their tree services for 20 years.

I've used them before, mostly for storm damage. They are great. The tree was gone in about 45 minutes. They are good. I am going to have them come before Winter this year and get some stuff out of the way. They come with a wood chipper. Lots of crew and they know when the storms come. They follow right behind the storm. They are professional. They clean. I have used them probably 3 times at least. They do good work.

Brian and his staff of 5 guys did a great job. we bought a house on almost a acre of land, but it was vacant for over a year. although it appeared to be being maintained it was not. 6 people spent over 8 hours trimming, cutting, removing trees, any where from Fruit trees to dead evergreen trees. they were great. recommend and will use them again.

The first time, they scaled 100 foot fir trees to cut all the dead and non-productive branches. It looked so great I asked them back to prune the rest of my older trees and overgrown shrubs. They did nice cuts and cleared it all out, chipping it into their truck. Nice work - - I highly recommend Archon.

The total job, including clean-up, was completed in just under one hour. The three man crew worked efficiently and the job was done as per the estimate instructions. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

Wonderfully in every respect. These should be everybody's go-to guys. We live in Oakbrook where trees--especially tall ones--abound and this will always be the service we call. Timely, skilled, professional, personable, reasonable--I can't say enough good things about them. Beyond satisfied!!

After doing an onsite visit to see exactly what we wanted done and answering all our questions regarding the job, this company provided a competitive bid for the project. We accepted the bid and scheduled the job. An unexpected weather delay resulted in a rescheduled date. A worker arrived a day prior and agreed the job could be done as currently planned. Wrong! At the last minute as we were preparing for the work crew arrival,they called and cancelled. Inconvenient but we agreed to new day. This time the crew arrived on time. We were pleased. That feeling didn't last long. The actual work crew informed us that they did not have nor could they access the appropriate equipment to complete the scope of this project. They said the "salesman " should have known they couldn't do this job. We are only out time at this point but are very frustrated that a highly reviewed company has unqualified persons representing it.

They went out of their way to fit me in their schedule as I was leaving town and wanted it done before I left. They did a great job at a fair price. I was very happy and will use them again. Very professional.

Had two 100 year old firs come down in a windstorm, making quite a mess. Called three different companies. One never showed for the estimate. One said I was outside the service area by a couple miles. Archon was onsite in days and got an appointment scheduled quickly. There was a mixup that caused the crew to arrive 2 hours late, but they got the job done on time. The large trees were cut into 15 inch lengths for firewood and all the branches and debris were hauled away. Yard looks great. In addition, I accidentally wrote a check for $200 over the estimate amount. The balance was refunded to me immediately. Very honest and professional work.

Joe Wood (yes, that's his real name) and Jesse were a great team of workers. Joe was in charge and he was the tree climber/dropper. The work was done very professionally. The estimator is the reason I didn't give them 5 stars on everything. He at one point accused me of having the guys doing work I didn't pay for. Jennifer in the office straitened that out. She was always a pleasure to deal with. I was told later that the estimator no longer works there. I think they were great overall and will use and recommend them.

We were extremely happy with the work Archon Tree Service provided. Brian’s knowledge, care for the trees and the environment surrounding the trees was very helpful. Brian and his crew looked after our property as if it was their own. The whole crew took special care in protecting the property, surrounding trees and foliage when they were removing the unhealthy trees. They showed up on time and meticulously cleaned the property each day before they left. It was incredible to watch them in action, working as a team. If this was an Olympic event they would receive the gold medal.

The crew showed up at 8 am and started cutting it down by 9. It was amazing to watch the guy climb up to the top of the tree. They took it down piece by piece after cutting off all the branches. It did take them most of the day but they did a great job and the clean up was also very good. They did no damage to the brush and my Rhody under the tree. I have had them do work for me before and I will again. The price was the same as several other bids I received.

They arrived early, completed the removal of the tree from my deck/roof and hauled everything away. Cleaned the area up totally afterward. Great service.

I was told they would make it disappear. They did.

They were prompt, gave the lowest bid, did the job quickly, cleaned up all the mess the tree and branches left on the ground. Very professional estimator as well as the clean up crew too. Will use them again for future work when needed.

The crew was fantastic! Very professional and did a great job including clean up. They even went into the neighbors yards to clean up the little bit of debris that had fallen on their side.

The guys were great and very patient with all the questions I had during the process and my direction on how high to skirt the trees. They were continually polite, respectful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied! We are really pleased with their work and will definitely call them again! The only issue we had was several broken sprinkler heads, which the crew fixed before leaving. Again, I highly recommend them!

Archon was very acknowledgeable about my trees and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep them healthy. They trimmed the trees, chipped the debris and performed clean-up. They also took care of a dead-standing pine tree for me. They were very professional, respectful, and courteous. I did have difficulty scheduling the service. The first time I scheduled an appointment with this service, I took a day off and they did not show up. I understand a new office person had been hired and some miscommunication occurred. The second time I scheduled an appointment to discuss trimming my trees, they showed up almost an hour early; fortunately, I got home earlier than expected. On the day they were scheduled to actually trim the trees, I was told they would be at my home at 8:00 a.m. - at about 8:30, I called the office to see if they were going to show up. I was told they decided to do another job in the morning but would be at my place around noon. I assumed that the office would call me if the appointment was shifted by four hours. The service they provided was great - I am pleased with my trees; however, I am not sure they respect the customer's time. I will use them in the future, and hope by then that scheduling has smoothed out.

The man who gave me the bid was thorough in his assessment of the health of the tree . The workmen were courteous and professional, going above and beyond in cleaning off my roof where tree debris had fallen. They also cleaned up the yard and flower beds. Excellent overall.

Crews were polite, helpful, and on-time. Careful around existing vegetation and cleaned area up afterwards. Responded to all requests.

Because my job was a private small residential project. I got passed up on 3 local dates available . It took 4 months!! I was given a date, then canceled a couple days before...twice.
