Alan was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Provided plenty of pictures with detailed information. Provided a detailed inspection report a couple of hours after he completed the inspection. I am very happy with the job he did.

Alan is very personable, easy to be around. He explains what he's going to do, then you follow him around and can ask questions as you go. You don't really need to keep track because he sends you a detailed report with photos.

We don't have a comparison for cost, but what he charged was worth every penny.
