 + -1 moreVery quick and professional. It was not an emergency so I left a message on a Saturday. Monday morning they called back with a quote, and by that afternoon the job was done. We weren't home, but the water heater was in the garage. Scott brought the unit, took out the old one, installed the new one, cleaned up and hauled the old one away, and locked the door behind him. Awesome service. Will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreVery poor experience. Once when he was supposed to come back, he didn't do so. Being in a small community we don't have many options. He had told me to find another plumber.
Description of Work: My plumbing backed up. He came & free'd it up. My toilet needed fixed as well. I bought the parts which cost me around $75.00 & he installed it in the tank, but it hasn't worked right since. I had the city help me to fix the problem. They used a camera to look into the blockage & it's been resolved.
