Terry and his crew came out in very cold weather and checked the roof over and proceeded to make minor repairs, get the moss off, and treat the roof. The roof may be good now, but when it’s not, or when we are ready to upgrade, we will call Ocean Park Roofing! It’s always a great day when we find a great business!

He did this the very day that I asked him to. I didn't get any comparisons for the pricing. I have not been up on the roof to check the quality because it's 4 hours from me and I haven't been back. I would use him again for an emergency because he is the fastest. He seemed very professional.

We are in the process of restoring an 1891U.S. Life Saving Station building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We chose Ocean Park Roofing, based on their reputation for hiring honest and responsible people, as well as their attention to detail. We had difficulty connecting originally - I left a voice mail with my address and he just showed up to take a look. We planned the work and it was done a few days later when I was not on the property. He phoned me with results. Cost was exactly what was quoted. The roof looks great!! Terry is very professional and knows his roofs!

While putting in gutter screens, I discovered a very soft area on the roof as I moved along the edge. It was so soft that my hand went through and I could feel the wet insulation. We stopped by Ocean Park Roofing's office to see if someone could give us an estimate for a new roof. As we described the situation, the office person became concerned that water might be pooling and break through the ceiling. She talked to Terry Hill, the owner of the company, and he met us back at the house to make sure that wasn't a issue. He explained the materials and approach he would use on our house. We called two other companies to get bids. One contractor didn't think he needed to go up on the roof to measure or look at the issues. He finally did to placate us. When he came down, he wrote a dollar amount on the back of his business card and said that was his bid. We were on vacation when Terry and his crew started on and completed the project. He kept us posted by phone and emailed us photos to show the extent of the dry rot. When we returned, you couldn't tell they'd been there except we had a new roof and skylight.
