HILL AUTO BODY & TOWING

If I could give this shop a zero I would!!! I took my vehicle to Hill Auto body and towing to be repaired after an accident caused by another driver. After over a month (close to 6/7 weeks) of Hill Auto Body "FIXING" my vehicle, several weeks without even a rental car due to the excessive amount of time it took for Hill Auto Body to "repair" my car, I found that Not only was the work sub-par, it was visibly noticable that the entire front of the car was crooked and botched. After taking my vehicle back several times and being treated as if I were a stupid incompetent female that knew nothing about my vehicle mechanically or what I should expect when having body work done. Each time all my concerns were ignored or an excuse was provided. I then took my vehicle for a second opinion. Leifs Auto repair took one look at my vehicle and told me my car was not right. After getting another estimate I found out that Not only did Hill Auto Body and towing bill the insurance company for repairs they never preformed, they also decided to repair previously damaged parts but they billed for "NEW" parts that were NEVER ordered, paid for or used in the so called repair. In the end the insurance company found my vehicle to be a total loss. And I still have all the statements, records, estimates etc from all companies that were involved in the settlement of my vehicle. I would not ever recommend this shop to ANYONE and I would suggest that if you have had this shop preform repairs it would be wise to get your vehicle looked over by a reputable business to make sure you weren't scammed and quite possibly be driving yourself, children, family or friends around in a dangerous vehicle!!! Shame on you George Hill and Hill Auto Body for your lack of pride, faulty workmanship and fraudulent practices!!

I spoke to Mr Hill on Wednesday Sept 19th. He stated he would deliver the gravel the next day on Sept 20th. I went into the office and gave them a check for the gravel. I waited all day on Sept 20th. He never even called. I went into his office to complain. I also called later to complain again. No response. I continued to stay home and wait for 3 more days. No call or delivery. This is the poorest customer service I have received . All I want is gravel at the end of the driveway so I don't get stuck. I am elderly, living on social security. What do I do if I get stuck? How do I get to the doctor or to the grocery store? They have delivered gravel in the past without any problem. It is only one yard of gravel this time. Maybe my order isn't big enough to warrant any attention.

called chamber of commerce to find a decent tow company to get a tourist family unstuck from the sand. It took the company so long to get up there that we had dug the car out with a small shovel, then towed it with a jeep. Shortly thereafter the tow truck company comes in and charges the tourist family 182 dollars for just coming up there. I feel like this is a scam, and i call the main office. The owner answer's the phone, hear's my complaint about how i feel that it's over charged and bad business, and the owner, Parker Hill, tell's me he doesn't need local business because he'd been in business for 40 yrs doing this to tourists. I, angered, ask him how he sleeps at night, and imply a shady moral compass, and he promptly informs me that I can then come down to the shop, with a non-veiled implication of physical assault. I happily inform him that I planned on writing review's all over the internet to share my experience.
